Service saves Murdock Hyundai.
I have had my issues with Murdock Hyundai. There are some departments that I absolutely believe are shady but the mechanical service department wins me back. They consistently provide good service. Perhaps a little slow but I believe they sincerely try and help their customers.

I had made an appointment and my car was done in a very timely manner. Staff was all very pleasant and they didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need.

Quick service, friendly staff
They finished the recall work quicker than expected. Parts needed to be ordered for other fixes that are under warranty. I appreciate their willingness to provide an Uber for me to and from work while they fixed my transportation! Great job Cael and everyone else.

Excellent service overall.
I have been satisfied with my experience at Hyundai. They had the vehicle we wanted and the staff has always been professional. I would appreciate a slightly more polished staff experience such as more communication during service visits, but can only speak to a small number of visits and staff members. Overall I have been satisfied and happy at this dealer and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
