good sales and customer service
I always stress out a bit when I am buying a car, not knowing if I am getting taken advantage of , and I have bought my fair share of cars. Hands down this was the best car buying experience I have ever had no pressure and I felt I got a really good deal. Dave was very knowledgeable in explaining my car options and payment options. I had to call the salesman Dave back on how to use some of the computer components in the car and he explained right away what to do and explained how to use over the phone good job Dave!

Friendly & Great Customer Service
This dealership is so awesome they take great care of you from buying your car here all the way to getting it serviced they make sure you have what you need. They also are very great with kids! My kids love going there! Russell was the one who sold us our car and Benjamin helped me with my oil change. Both very friendly people! Also they know a lot!

Amazing!
Our total experience from buying our new Palisade to having leather installed has been wonderful. We have been treated professionally with respect and kindness. We have had an incredible experience working with everyone at the dealership and to top it all off our leather interior looks amazing!

I apologize for any inconvenience you had on your last visit. All of our parts and labor is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, with the exception of an alignment that is warrantable for 3 months or 3,000 miles. We definitely understand your frustration if that alignment was out of spec again just outside of that warrantable time. I want to make sure we take car of you, so please allow myself or one of my assistant service managers reach out to you regarding your service and how we can make things right. A Well Oiled Machine. Bravo.
When I arrived and I didn’t know exactly where to go, or where to take my car, employees were very approachable and helpful in getting me where I needed to go and helped me understand what was needed to be done. Informed me on when my car would be ready, and kept me updated on things they recommended to keep my car in tip top shape!! Thanks Hyundai for the great service!!

Ben, went out of his way to help my husband and I. He was efficient courteous professional and very knowledgeable. We have never received such amazing customer service as we did with Murdock in London. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

When I asked about a certain thing that needed to be taken care of, Ben was honest with me and said it didn’t need to be replaced right now. That’s a first for a service person to jerk you around for unneeded things for your car.
