Needed a battery replaced ASAP.
I stopped in without an appointment and needed to get replacement battery put into my E350 van. The service rep got everything started and I was back on the road in less than an hour.

Oil change and 5 tire rotation done
2023 Bronco on service plan. They did the oil change and tire rotation but failed to do any fixes on two recalls. I forgot to mention it to them but they should have a record as to whether they were addressed on my vehicle or not. This is the dealer that I bought the vehicle from so they all my records.

Wiring issue
Brought my F350 into get it fixed. They thought they had it fixed. I drove around the block and I still had the issue. I returned, got another expert out, diagnose the problem. They had the part so they took it in the shop and fixed it immediately. I was very happy.

Very Quickly Fixed My Vehicle
I had to jumpstart my truck the night before and again in the morning so I drove it to Mike White Ford without an appointment. They immediately performed battery tests on both batteries and then worked me in to replace both batteries. Overall, the time spent was about 30 minutes and now my truck has never started better. I’m very thankful they were able to quickly fix my issue because I had to return to work and it would have been another jumpstart at 1am on a cold cold night.

Replacement of rear brakes on my truck.
My appointment was for 08:00 and my truck was taken in at 07:55. I was informed of everything that was going to happen and given a time estimate of 2 hours to complete the work. At 09:30 I was informed that the repairs were complete, and the truck was ready to go. My only complaint as such is that I was originally (back in December when I scheduled the work) given and estimate of $400.00 for the work, and then when I dropped the truck off, I was told it could be as much as $550.00, and my final bill was for $612.00. It would be nice if they could be a little more accurate with the estimate for my planning purposes. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with the service.
