Friendly service department

Clean and friendly but not informative
The car was brought in for a software recall. We waited for for the car to be serviced. It only took about 30 minutes.

When asked what the issues were for the recall they could not elaborate. The only difference that I have discerned is a minor difference on the backup camera display.

Customer service was excellent. Fast friendly service and professional. When I arrived, someone was ready and waiting for me. They listened to concerns, got car in quickly, and fixed what I wanted done quickly. Exactly as I expect somewhere to be.

A Day Early
I showed up one day early for my appointment and was graciously added to the schedule and worked in. Also got a non scheduled oil change and was in an out in great time! Great job!!

I was able to get my car in very fast. The service advisors and cashiers were kind and made sure I had all questions answered. I did not feel rushed- that’s a good thing!

I cannot say enough about the service department!!! The team goes above and beyond the call of duty to make you happy. I have over the years went to other places whether it be for a vehicle or to have a vehicle worked on. No place compares!!!!

The crew at this location was very very friendly. They were also very quick and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I did have a coupon for an oil change that included an exterior wash, but unfortunately they skipped the wash and my car was returned in the same condition. I was disappointed about this but it was still a good value nonetheless.
