Client Service was Excellent
I had called another Hyundai dealer in the Ballwin area due to the emergency I was having and proximity to my location. They proved to be just as they were when I was looking to buy a car, which was not friendly nor service oriented.
I called St Charles Hyundai, as was treated wonderfully. They recognized the emergency and got me right in and had a car ready when I got there. The work was done quickly and precisely. This is why I chose to buy my car here and I will continue to come back.

Service people like Bpb are very well organized and professional.
We still have an issue with seat belts that everyone thought was settled. I have no doubt that it will be settled to my satisfaction when I advise Bob or the service handlers of the passenger side misunderstanding. The service group has my complete confidence.

Maintenance Reminders
The service tech took a look at my record when I came in and told me it had been seven years since I had the system flushed and anti-freeze replaced. Even though I don't have a lot of mileage on my car, it is pretty old so this reminder was very helpful. I appreciate any advice that will keep my vehicle running well.

Another excellent maintenance visit
St. Charles Automotive team diagnosed my concern and was fixed within a very reasonable amount of wait time. My vehicle was vacuumed and washed before being returned to me! Many thanks again to Bob Reck and the entire service team for breaking down the problem so understand what's happening in keeping my Santa Fe running. I have complete faith with the advise given when I come to the service department. Thanks again for a positive maintenance/service experience.
