I just had my 90K mile service on my Santa Fe. Everything went smoothly and quickly and my car came back to me cleaner than it went in. What's mot to like.

Exceptional service.

I brought in my 2015 Santa Fe Ltd for routine service which was completed to my satisfaction, and my vehicle was washed while I waited (less than one hour) in a well appointed waiting area. My service advisor, Ben Girard, was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional.

Earnhardt Hyundai Gives Peace of Mind

I bought my Elantra new in 2011 and every bit of work has been done at the dealership, including new tires. By doing so, I know that my car is always in tip top shape and ready to go on a road trip with a moment's notice. Every time I have visited Earnhardt, the work has been done in a timely fashion often while I waited. Love my Hyundai, love Earnhardt!

Excellent response time and service.

After the transmission failed on our new 2018 Elantra at just over 300 miles, Earnhardt service replaced the transmission and provided a rental car for us to use while the service was being accomplished. It was completed ahead of estimated schedule and both Ben and Jason handled it with professionalism and great customer cafre.

My Service Advisor Is The Best

My car is part of a driver study. Ben took the time to call them because of their products interfering with my car's computer system. The folks conducting the study were impressed with his interaction with them! I told them that my Service Advisor (Ben Girad) is always on point!

Problem fixed

Your service department and service writers always do a topnotch job. About the only weak link seemed to be your driver Tom (I believe) who constantly groused about every pickup and every call request from your service writers. I felt bad for them because they
knew he had customers in the car with him and couldn't set them straight. He needs to be reminded that this isn't "Tom Hyundai North Scottsdale" and that he is part of a team and needs to be courteous to both customers and team members. To many customers, he is "the face of the franchise."
