They really do care!

Murdock found what was wrong and fixed it under the warranty. No problem, no hassle. That is the way it is done at Murdock, True customer service, no excuses. I love them. Great job guys!

The service department

The service was excellent and quick. The parts needed came the next day. Caden was awesome. I always recommend my family and friends to Murdock Hyundai.

a very long term customer!

Takes a long time to get what ever you need to get done to your vehicle but, the service is great and the service bay people seem to be very knowledgeable.

Very Very Pleased

They did a great job with my concerns. I had taken my car into another place to have the oil changed prior to a trip and that place didn't install the covers correctly and cause some weird noise. Murdock of Lindon found the problem and fixed it on the spot. They were timely and quick. I also asked them to look at a couple other things that was not part of the original service request. They did a complete job and I left feeling very confident in their skills. They did need to order a part in for one issue. The part came quickly and I am scheduling with them to make that replacement. Thank you Murdock Hyundai!! Very Pleased customer

Brete with an "e" is the best!

Brete with an "e" is the best with customer service and concern. She definitely is making sure that my car is getting fixed. She is a female in a traditional male occupation and noticed that she is giving several young women an opportunity to follow in her footsteps. I am not a militant feminist but I was happy to see these women doing what they choose to do in what is not a traditional female job! Way to go Brete and Team Brete!
