Generally great service
Generally, my experience at the Lindon service facility is great. However, this last visit was disturbing. My wife had shown up a few weeks ago to report a failure with one of the doors on her Elantra. She was told that a the fix it parts were ordered. Later, we received notice that the parts were in and she should come a have the door fixed. When we got there, she learned that the parts had not be ordered! Disturbing. Brete then took charge and did here usual outstanding job of straightening things out. Today, they called to say the parts were in that they need my wife to bring the car down so that they could match the paint on the door handle! What the. . .? Door handles aren't painted. So, we'll see how that goes. Tilll next time, signing off.

Love love love the customer service!!! I love all the things you offer while waiting for my car to be repaired. Such as the Uber service, free drinks, and popcorn
You guys did a great job fixing the repairs on my car and were also quick! I love the free Uber service, drinks, popcorn and carwash!
It was an overall awesome experience and I wish more companies were like that!

They listen, diagnose, the work is done right and in a timely manner
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, does thorough job, works hard to meet your needs, and if there's a problem will happily work to fix it. Great company to do business with.

Friendly people and good service
I asked for service because I was going out of state. I thought they would check all including the tires. The tire pressure became low when I got to my destination. Next time I will include the tires in the request for service. Love your people who surve. Me.

Watch for extra costs that pop up on service visits.
The service center will quote a price then add on 'shop materials' to the final bill without communicating that upfront. I've complained face to face to the service manager, but that only got those charges backed off my bill. They still had the same practice at my next visit.

Otherwise the service people are professional and the service is good. They would receive a higher rating from me if their service center pricing practices were more honest.
