I normally hate the car buying experience. It's something about sitting in a dealership all day, trying to get the payments to exactly what you need without compromising quality and features, that grinds my gears. However, the past few hyundais that I've purchased have been great experiences. Recently, we purchased a Tuscon from David at Temecula Hyundai and he truly made things quick and easy while still being efficient. He even went out of his way to come to our home to pick up our down payment check when I left my check book at home and didn't want to withdraw such a large sum of money. He remembered that we had an infant sleeping and didn't ring the doorbell. If you're a parent, you know this is crucial. It's the little things like him remembering that minor detail that make the process that much better. David pays attention to detail which is helpful in finding you exactly what you want. 10/10 recommend.
I met with Mo, who immediately picked up and on what I was looking for and wanted. Him and his supervisor Dean made sure I found the care I wanted and more. Going the extra mile. Car buying can be frustrating and dragged out. This was NOT the case. It was so smooth. From test driving to finance to delivery. They’re the best.
When I visited the dealer to purchase a car and we were going through options whether to lease or buy, I was told with the lease I can get the tax incentive deducted from lease but with purchase I would need to do that next year, which after a week when I called to get a letter of Certification for IRS I was told the car is not eligible. Also Joann explained the Major Gaurd EV policy with 150k mile coverage but I was given Feature Gaurd (which is nothing comparable to the Major Gaurd). I found out later when I received the policy docs, so basically she lied in the policy to sell me the product and I wouldn’t know if I didn’t dig more into this.
No pressure from salesperson. Offered a fair deal with good trade in. Finance manager worked with us to give us a fair deal. Salesperson did excellent job showing us all the features on car. Two follow up calls.
My experience started with my sales rep (August). He is absolutely Wonderful.. He quickly made me feel at home. He had my Kona out front and ready for me when I arrived (after texting him I was on my way). He went over all the features, so that I would easily understand them. He also Never once tried to push a sale, complete transparency between the both of us.. I would HIGHLY recommend seeing August for your next inquiry or purchase..!! Thank You August for making me feel like family.
Everyone was professional efficient with providing me answers to all my questions. Thier were no haggling. It was the smoothes transition I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.

Purchasing from Temecula Hyundai was a better experience than I expected. Their sales people were informative and helpful. They keep up to date on their inventory on the website. So, you know what they have in stock before you go. A lot of other dealerships in the area list vehicles they don't actually have just to lure you onto their lot.

Overall good experience
Selection of cars on the lot was far superior to any other dealership we visited. Staff was courteous and attentive. Inflated pricing due to inventory shortage was a hard pill to swallow, but unfortunately all dealerships are doing it right now.

Went on website for a Elantra, showed interest in one, got a full lay out of the price including taxes, made an appointment car was ready for test drive, after that everything else went smooth paperwork took 15 mins max and I was out the door in my new Elantra, over all good experience, would recommend to a friend or family member trying to buy a new car to shop at Temecula Hyundai.
