Our sales rep, Shaun Dotting, is such a pleasant young man. Shaun took time to greet us and to explain questions I had about cell phone connection.

Quick Turnaround service
Pull in a service tech. comes out with a hand held tablet and scans a bar code in the door jamb and all the info comes up along with the 7500 mile interval required work to be done plus any additional work discussed when called for appointment. The tech confirmed if there was any additional work needed to be done. Before the car was moved a man came out and sprayed a cleaner on all surfaces that their personnel would touch plus put in seat covers and floor mats. A little over an hour later the car was back all work done and the car was washed and seat covers and mats were gone. Great service

Jessica has always been at the service center every since I became a sonata owner which I love by the way!!
She is as good as it gets more employees could learn a lot from her about customer service abilities in keeping a customer informed about your vehicle and could normally give you an estimate if more time was needed to complete your service.
She’s the person to see!!!!

I was a drive in because my battery was losing power. They changed out the battery, serviced the engine, changed the oil and then washed my car inside and out. It was all included in my service plan, so it cost me nothing.

Everything was great minus the fact that on the 22,500 mile service it states a fuel additive was part of the service but on the maintenance preformed report it failed to show it was done.
