not say ) few days ago i called someone at atlantic and the guy really listen to what happened to my mother and me. it was very difficult to feel that confidence come and i really needed a bonding trust to really get help. really appreciate him listening and i hope what was told can help him aswell. bless you pal your the best thanks. not only for me but my mother and charity that needs to be started next month but i couldnt afford a car cause of our budget. this real kind sales men listen and he needed to know the kind of help we needed. my mother was afraid and so was me. we know things can get really bad. but after talking to the salesmen things started to get brighter. my mother is everything to me and i needed a safe car that can help my mom feel comfort and we have to travel to do donations and get things for charity. . we had a terrible 2 weeks with a not so happy repair shop and a terrible dealers . atlantic really helped us. what ever the sales men was thinking payed off. when he left for something he said he has. mom and me prayed and hoped he save us from our terrible ordeal . he told us to go with him and when we got to the door i was so excited by something that not only fit but it was what my mother and me talked about. it was higher off the ground. fully loaded and it was perfect. i didnt know what to say. he gave me the transmitter and mom didnt say to much and he went in the back. . i loved it cause it drove like my moms car before it was damaged in our driveway and it was so smooth. i had to hold myself. i was going to cry cause i felt as if i was treated so kindly by someone i didnt know. we needed a honest person who cared and listened. the drive at night was fantastic. wasnt use to the car. but realized later it was a ford like my truck. i am different then other people. i know cars. i can feel that the car was ment for us. it had the room to do all the things we wanted. one of our passions is metal detecting and inventing a special fishing pole for those with disabilities. secretly . cause it something import to help those who cant enjoy themselves. you have given my mother and me the kind of feeling we havent had since i miss my dodge ram charger. in 1986. atlantic you saved my mother and me. i just want to keep my mom safe and enjoy what i want to do. every customer must really talk to your salesman. tell them whats the problem. you need to gain his trust. you have a problem. talk to them. if you dont feel something just doesnt fit. talk about it. they will help. ask questions. you need to trust some how. some way. you have to try. have faith. believe that you be ok. talk to them. very positive they will help. we all dont want to get scammed . i know. i to understand. to all customers who read our review. dont think horrible thoughts you need to talk to them. be open direct ask questions. god bless you all and have a happy and safe holiday.

Went to the dealership to get an oil change and Latonia approached me about upgrading my vehicle.I to
ld her what I wanted to pay and she made that happen for me when I thought it wasn’t possible.I am now the owner of a 2025 GV70 Genesis truck and I just love everything about it.Latonia was polite,welcoming,and determined to get me the deal I wanted.I never felt pressured or anything and she assured me that the process would go smoothly since I didn’t have a lot of time due to me having to be at work at a certain time.Thank you so much to Latonia and the team at River Oaks Hyundai for putting me in my dream vehicle two times in a two year period.

Had problem starting my car I called customer service and I was told they couldn’t get me in and they have noaners till April 23rd
So I had a problem with my Kona when I have to go to work and the car won’t start after four tries it
finally started went to work and I immediately called Mazda Wayne service center and I was on the phone with customer service. I know the girl was doing her job, but she kept telling me that they couldn’t get me in sooner to check my car out or they would have to squeeze me in. I asked for a loaner she said loaners are not available till April 23. Obviously I got very upset. I needed the matter to be done as soon as possible. I was very upset and was waiting to get a phone call from customer service to tell me if they can squeeze me in and I thought about this wonderful man his name is chuck. I explained to him what happened he says to me I will call you in 10 minutes. I got a call from him less than 10 minutes. He says to me, bring your car in right away and I got a loaner. I couldn’t believe it. This guy is amazing. He’s very nice. He’s the one that helped me finance my car. He’s the one that helped me when a light came on and I went back to Hyundai and he fixed it for me. He’s a wonderful guy. I recommend that if you ever go to Hyundai definitely you gotta go see Chuck. I also would like to thank Nick the manager that was there that day and he worked with Chuck in order for me to get my car in and get a loaner and I also would like to thank Danny. He was very helpful. I recommend to anyone to please go to Hyundai they’re fast the reliable and they’ll find a way to help you but also don’t forget Chuck and Nick and Daniel. I want to thank all of them for being very helpful to my needs thank you everyone
