Unethical
I leased a brand new 2025 Ioniq 5N from this dealership and when I got home I noticed there was some damage to the vehicle and reported this to the dealership immediately. After giving them 1 week to resolve the issue they have not. Stay away from this business at all costs. They are extremely unethical.

Avoid this dealer and the Hyundai brand in general
Terrible experience! Even worst finance team.

Will pressure you to make decisions. Make you wait hours for vehicle to be ready. Does not look out for customers or share any Information that you should consider. Unorganized and honestly the worst car experience of my life. Left lot without an inspection sticker and when I picked up my plates I asked and the sales representative was like oh our bad. Overcharged for past lease and finance team literally gave the situation of sorry nothing we can do. Not a brand that cares about doing right for their customers and literally told me this dealer ripped me off of a payment. Will definitely be moving brands after lease is up to a brand and dealership that isn’t looking to screw over customers.

Horrible service experience
The sales experience was pretty good, I was able to get in and out of the dealership pretty quick. Bought a certified pre owned elantra with 15k miles. Suddenly the car start button started failing randomly. I called the service dept 3 times, and was told an advisor will call me right back. Well, nobody did call me so I called them a 4th time. The service advisor told me they have no service appointments available until February 2024! (It is now September). I explained them that this was unacceptable, my first car payment is not even due and this car is already leaving me stranded. The advisor told me I could drop the car off for few days, but they would have no loaners to give while the car is being checked. I told him it didn’t make sense, I shouldn’t be the one being inconvenienced but he told me there was nothing he could do. As I’m writing this review, my car is no longer starting (not even with a remote start). If I could return this garbage and forget about this dealership all together I would.

Stay away!
Please to anyone thinking about shopping at this car dealership BEWARE!! Really wish I could give them a half star or less. I Called about a 2021 hyundai and at the time I didn't know I was talking to a "call center".. I offer a price over the phone because I'm 4-5 hours away and was willing to drive to pick up the car. I was told my price was good, so I made an appointment for the next day. The next day I called to confirm my appointment and the price, but this time I reached out to the dealership direct number not the 1-800 number, I was told a manager need to approve my offer, and they will call me back. But I received a call from take a guess!! you guessed it, "The Call Center" telling me everything was good and I was good to come in. Hours later something told me to call before going up there this time I was able to get a hold of a sale Rep (Daniel) and he told me he could have me come in but since my drive is 4-5 hours not going to waste my time. I respect him for being honest with me but you can tell he's an A hole and think he's just the man, but he did do me like the rest of the dealership and trying to BATE me into coming in. At this point I was super upset so I called the call center again and talk to the same girl that's been telling me everything was good with my price and she even got it approved by her manager. She asked can she call me back she wanted to talk to her manager again. She called back less than 5 minutes later talking about the car was "sold" all this happen in less than 10 minutes. I can confirm the car was not sold it's still on the website and if you call they will try to set you up an appointment. Bottom line is stay away from a dealership that needs to BATE you into coming in just to get a sale. Places like this have no integrity. They will have you talking to a call center and the call center people will lie to you and telling you anything just to get you in the door. No integrity, liars, shady business = bad business... Stay away!

Avoid this "STEALERSHIP" service de[partment at all costs.
I am actually rating this service department zero stars but it wont let you post the review unless you give at least one star.
Let me start off by saying I never write reviews good or bad. But this time I had to vent.
Avoid this service center "STEALERSHIP" at all costs. First off when I bought my Hyundai I was told that I had free oil changes for life. Great. So I try to get a service appointment and they were booked three months out. WTF so I make the appointment.
Went in for a 50,000 service. Was quoted about $750. After car was inspected the usual things like $120 extra for cabin and air filters and shop supplies Ok fine. "you need front brakes ok how much. Hold on while I get the price. That will be $989 total. Ok do it.I figured not too bad another $275-300 for the front brake job not too bad. I just had back surgery and usually do this myself. 5 hours later car is ready. Total bill is $1711.41 and thats with a 33% coupon off on scheduled maintenance services. Turns out that $989 price was just for the front brakes and rotors. I told them you gotta be shittin me! Asked for a manager and some 20 something kid in a suit says I'm the manager. He tells me to hold on a minute you don't understand. I said oh no I understand as I pointed to the artist rendering of the new building that's currently under construction. He says Brake shoes a very expensive like $200 plus dollars and are guaranteed for life. I asked how about rotors. Oh no just the pads. So I laughed in his face and told him I have been working on cars since I was 14 and $989 for a front brake job is ridiculous. I turned around to all of the service advisors who at this point were all looking at us and told them this place is a rip off and they would never see me again.
I strongly suggest that you take you car to a local repair shop. At least if he rips you off you can argue with the owner directly.
Thia place is the definition of "Stealership".
I hope upper management reads this.

Lack of quality service
Hello there sir or to whom it may concern,


I've been waiting on a maintenance checkup for the last 4 months and when I've tried to call to ask why there's nothing on the schedule to schedule an appointment your staff says that they don't have enough mechanics so therefore service has been pushed back 3 months and I cannot wait that long because I've been very on point with my car and the last time I've been there you guys failed to give me my multipoint inspection sheet and cost me a bundle of money cuz you guys didn't tell me that my battery was dying and other things as well so I was a bit disappointed about the whole situation after coming to you guys for 8 years I felt that wasn't very nice to do to an existing customer. So if you guys have any availability I'll be more than happy to bring it in in the morning it would be greatly appreciated cuz I can't seem to get any appointments through you guys and that's very disappointing....

I WAS very pleased till today 10/02/2022
After not receiving a call back from the Mazda dealership for service...TWICE, I finally got through to ask for an oil change, tire rotation, and replacement of a rusted rim and was informed that as of today 10/02/2022 that there is not one open appointment till MARCH OF 2023???????????????? What kind of BS is this? Guess it's easy to offer lifetime service when there is no service to offer. I'm heading to social media. This may very well be my last Hyundai and I will also be telling friends, like the one that was wanting a Genisis not to bother. I am incensed by this treatment. And this isn't even a robust economy. What's that like?
The dealership has always been attentive but now I will need to reevaluate my decision to purchase a Hyundai ever again. Looks like I will also be steering others away from the Hyundai /Mazda brands. Too Bad.

Bait and switch- STAY AWAY
Typical Dealership- Bait and Switch!

Where do I start with this dealership....Well I did months of research and found a good deal at this dealership in the current conditions we are all facing as consumers. I reviewed the company on Google and found that they had a lot of positive reviews which gave me confidence i was dealing with an honest (as they can be) dealership.

As the price of the car was a little out of my price range and with the dealership being over an hour drive away, I though it was best to call, especially because I have a daughter who is 2 months and getting a sitter on short notice isn't easy or cheap (I didn't want to miss out as she said it was first come first serve and couldn't hold the vehicle) . As I had already test drove the same car elsewhere I wanted to ensure that they could work with my number before traveling as I knew it was the car that I wanted to buy. The lady on the phone said that she spoke with a manager and the number that I had asked for was achievable but I would have to come in person to finalize it.

So this is when the issues started. After an hour drive, I entered the dealership and was greeted by a very nice gentleman. He got the keys to the car for a quick test drove and although I saw a much higher figure of $33,000 on the window i assumed that must have been a mistake and ignored it.

As soon as we sat down, the gentleman asked a few questions and provided me with a breakdown of the vehicle price.....Yes, you guessed it! it was the $33,000 price and not the $27,980 that was reflected on their website and certainly not the $27,000 price i was approved for on the phone before making this 2 hour round trip! YES, that is a $6,000 difference!!!!!!!!

If that is not bad enough, he then pulled up their website on his monitor and seemed confused that the price was different to the one that I had seen and initially thought I was lying. He asked for proof which luckily I had as a screenshot but how does that happen? How does a dealership show a different price on their screen than what customers can see on their phones (which i did pull up again whilst i was sitting with him)...Im starting to think that the cliche bait and switch had occurred and because its July 4th, they are probably expecting a tone of traffic where they could look to screw over customers who have not had a chance to look at their website.

They did eventually come back and say that they could do the online price but made out that i was the luckiest person in the world to get this deal as it was a "mistake" (again, i have been looking for months and the price I saw was up for weeks). They then proceeded with adding on two extra charges both around $499 each.
- One, was: Etching the vehicle identification number- which anyone who has done even 20 seconds worth of research knows this can be done for $20
- The second was a charge to cling film the seats to ensure that its kept clean to sell.

Safe to say I had no other choice than to walk out and NEVER look back.

I hope that NO ONE else falls for their sleazy sales techniques, especially at a time where inflation is high and normal people are already struggling to buy the basics.

5 hours after i had left the dealership they have still NOT reflected the apparent "correct price"

PLEASEEEE DON'T BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM and choose somewhere more honest.
