Snails pace!
Not an amazing experience! We were first greeted/told that a clear coat had been applied..and we should pay for it ..then a lojack device was inplanted in all the cars we needed to pay for that also!...1500 bucks right outta the gate! So the advertised price of the car just went up! The 4 hour marathon was just starting of waiting/wondering if there will be an end. After an hour of sitting..I looked around to see we were the only customers there. You would think it would be a faster process with just one...not in the car biz! Anyway..I waited hoping something might happen..it didn't..then I started getting a bit anutcy!..still nothing..then at the 3 hour mark things trickled in slowly..at the 4 hr mark we were wrapping it up!..it looked like the end was near...as I pulled away I looked at the gas...enough to get home!...glad im gone..and I don't have to do that for a long while!!

Quick to Fix a problme
Had an issue with service that was done to my car. Called and explained, they were very apologetic and had me bring it right. They corrected everything and detailed my car (exceptional job on the detailing). Everybody makes mistakes, its how one reacts when they do - they were quick to correct.

The service department is awesome. They get our cars in and out very quickly. I have to drive from milwaukee because the local dealer is always 2-3 weeks booked out. I will always come here for service.

Had my 2022 Palasade in for service.
I had a very good experience getting my 2022 Palasade serviced for it's 7500 mile service. Quickly made an online appointment a week ahead via their website off my phone. Had a great very fast, fifty minutes at dealer to have it completed. Was surprised at the very polite and quick in and out.

Great turnaround on a bad situation
My Sonata had a recalled engine and stopped working one day. I called Ziegler and they helped me get a tow, setup a rental and replaced the engine in 3 days. I thought it would have taken weeks. Excellent service.
