Great truck

I love my Ram, I really appreciate the ride, very comfortable to travel with, we put almost 200K and to the west coast several times. We are Rvers and the Ram has performed perfectly. The Ram is our only mode of transportation. We love the Ram

Best pickup so far...

Dependable, economical (for a V8 powered full sized truck), comfortable and nicely appointed. I have the Longhorn version (cowboy Cadillac, my son says). I bought it a year old with super low mileage and haven't regretted it after 11 years. Just an all-around great truck.

Reliable

I love my truck. It's been solid and always reliable. I will only buy a Ram when it comes to a truck! I love the app that I can use to start my truck. Heated steering wheel and seats are definitely nice for the Nebraska winters. I also love satellite radio and the uconnect!

Engine Problems

I like my Ram 1500 but am not happy about having to replace the engine at 149,000 miles. A bolt broke on the end of the cam shaft and the engine was basically shot. I replaced it with an upgraded remanufactured engine to prevent the same problem from happening again. This is a well known issue that these Hemi engines have problems with the camshaft/valve train area. I even tried to talked to a factory representative about it but MOPAR wouldn’t connect me. Other than that, I do enjoy the vehicle

Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn

I searched and reviewed all trucks for three years before I found my truck. As I was going to retire it was my retirement present to me ?. It had all the features exactly that I wanted. Great truck... pretty.....fast, for a truck...6 speed trans, horrible mileage even if I baby it. 300 miles to a tank, if I'm lucky. Mine is an Express.... the base model... all the bells & whistles are nice but this is all I need.

2013 Ram Big Horn

Bought new in Dec/2013. Since then I have replaced a taillight bulb and the windshield wiper motor. The lower blower vent stopped working. Overall its been a very good vehicle. Reliable and comfortable. Friends always say how nice it rides for a pick-up. Just turned 100K miles. Hope to have it for years to come.

Great American Truck. ‘13 Ram 1500 Bighorn

Don’t be mistaken by my 4 star review. These trucks are awesome and with the 5.7 Hemi and the 8 speed transmission, they can handle just about anything. Comfortable, stylish and strong, it’s everything a working man/woman or weekend project person would need. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the classic Hemi lifter/manifold bolt issues. It’s nothing against the truck, just a manufacturer problem that if remedied early will not be a big issue.

Great truck, hard to get parts

No major problems. As the truck gets older things need to get replaced. Finding parts is a problem. This is a system wide problem in the country.Parts may be off shore in the Pacific.Let’s Go Brandon!

great truck with power to spare

This truck fits exactly what I needed it for and gets the job done with no loss of power no matter what the load is....can take you where you want to go with no problems...wish the gas mileage was a little better but it is what the hemi engine is...lots of power when you need it..

2013 Ram Laramie

The air suspension is horrendous in new england. It always freezes. Dealership has had truck numerous times for this suspension. First few times they repaired pump. I found a leak and pointed it out. They said they couldnt find a leak. I showed them pictures of it and then showed pictures to manager. I complained that after 20mins at highway speeds it wpuld dump suspension. They couldnt find it. Finally after they finally took it for a long ride they found it. Fixed it. But still will freeze up in very cold temps. Waste of resources and money. Dodge doesnt honor it either on warranty. Good luck. Also Best Dodge not great to deal with either on maint warranty work.

2013 Ram Hemi short bed regular cab

Bought my 2013 Ram in 2017. Never owned a Chrysler product. This is the best truck of all the previous four trucks that I owned. And 3 of them were bought new. It runs as good as it looks and I have had many comments from strangers telling me they like my truck.

Love my truck. Perfectly built. Style, power. There's nothing like a Ram . Third dodge I've owned. GMC is the runner up.Ram 1500 is a mans mans truck. Proud to be the owner of it. Love the color to boot.

Good truck with just a couple of flaws

Love the truck but not the mechanical design. Mostly the transmission. Haven't had a problem out of it. But there Is no way to maintenance it no drip stick to check it or do fluid filter change. Sealed unit requiring very expensive replacement if necessary. Also the 8 speed auto like to downshift when going down hill causing a drag and high rpms. If you touch the gas when it's doing this it will launch you. Which seems dangerous.

Ok truck...but a mistake to buy

This truck was bought just for a daily driver to and from wwork.The problem is that it doesn't have the power to maintain highway speed. We live in Kansas and even the rolling hills drag it down.it only gets a couple miles per gallon better than the v8. Shoulda.had a v8....

Off The Fence

I’ve owned dozens of vehicles over the last 40 yrs and have always been on the fence. Which manufacturer would I buy from again was always the big question? Then in 2013.... I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. I’m now and forever-off the fence.
