Never Buying another Jag

Mechanically unsound. I am afraid every time I get behind the wheel for the next thing to break and leave me stranded. The dealership is untrustworthy. I have been lied to many times by the service writers. In the 3 years I have owned this vehicle, I have replaced the seat heater, timing chain, steering rack and belt, coolant pump, and several brake light bulbs which keep burning out. The rear brake light housing leaks and needs to be replaced now. Dealership wants $300 just to change the bulbs which take 5 minutes to replace. All around rip off for them to service the car for any reason. I will never buy/own another Jaguar vehicle.

Junk/Lemon

Not only is the vehicle a piece of junk, but the service provided by the dealership is horrible. I waited 5 weeks for a repair while paying for a rental the entire time only to find that the car now has a coolant leak. The service advisor lied about the leak while the car was under warranty, so now I will have to pay to have the repair done. I was told that smelling coolant after driving was normal!! When I had the car towed in for a power steering failure, the techs couldn’t figure out what was wrong, and my advisor didn’t have a clue about engine repair. The dealership was unable provide an invoice showing the work performed, so I have no way of knowing what I paid $3k for. Never again.

Amazing Car

I will always love the brand Jaguar. This was my first car I bought on my own at 22 years old. What a beautiful car it is. Performance is great, the look is dynamic, and the sustainability has also been impressive. I'm a proud Jaguar owner
