Dependable and comfortable

My needs are simple since this is a car to use at a second home. It has some of the features that I wanted, such as phone charger, room for the backseat riders, plenty of space in the hatch. I was disappointed to find that the "convenience" package didn't include basic things like a garage door opener, passenger auto seat adjustments (rather than manual), auto windshield wipers and a few other things. Overall, it provides what I need for my situation, but it would not be my choice if this were my primary vehicle.

No issues with vehicle but you Penske dealership service is poor. Even with appointment the included maintenance ( oil change / tire rotation) took over 2 hrs. The software recall update with an appointment took 2.5 hrs

Overall, the vehicle is good. I’ve haas a driver seat issue when making left turns. The seat seems to be off kilter. During the next scheduled maintenance visit I hope to have this rectified. And the MyHyundai app has had some glitches. I am currently working with customer service and the IT dept, but issue has yet to be resolved.

2025 TUSCON WAS POSSESSED

MY 7TH HYUNDAI, LOVED THEM ALL BUT THIS 2025 TUSCON. IT WAS HAUNTED, ON HIGHWAY, SAID WARNING ACCIDENT!!! SLAMMED ON BRAKES, I WAS GOING 75 MPH NO ACCIDENT AHEAD, ALMOST GOT KILLED. HAPPEN TWICE. NOW THAT PROBLEM WAS A RECALL. I BROUGHT IT IN , HYUNDAI SAID " EVERYTHING IS NORMAL" ON CRUISE CONTROL AFTER 20 MINS OF 70 MPH. CAR DECIDED WE SHOULD GO 90,95 THEN 100. IT REFUSED TO STOP. IT WOULD NOT ALLOW SUNGLASSES, MY HANDS HAD TO BE AT "10" & "2", THE ACCIDENT LIGHT CAME ON & STAYED ON, IF I DROVE THE CAR AT NIGHT, LIGHT WOULD STAY ON FOR DAYS.RADIO DECIDED TO PLAY ONLY NEW ZEALAND STATIONS I'M IN USA! ON ANY HIGHWAY TRIP (I.E. GOING MORE THAN SAY 50 MPH) MY A/C QUIT WOULD ONLY BLOW HOT AIR, THEN AFTER 4 HOURS DECIDED TO BLOW COLD AGAIN. I COULD NOT SHUT ANY OF THE WARNINGS OFF, THEY PERIODICALLY WENT OFF FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. I WAS TOO AFRAID TO DRIVE IT, TRIED TO TRADE IN WITH ONLY 1,000 MILES, HYUNDAI WOULDN'T MAKE A DEAL AND I WAS TAKING A HUGE LOSS AS IT WAS A NEW CAR, FINALLY HAD TO BUY A 2026 DIFFERENT BRAND, WHO WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO LET ME TRADE IN A PRACTICALLY NEW NEW WITH NO MILES. NOW I GET A RECALL FOR THE VERY ISSUE I WAS HAVING.. THEY SHOULD COMPENSATE ME FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS I HAD. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HYUNDAI FOR PRODUCING SUCH A HORRIBLE CAR. I HAVE NOTIFIED CORPORATE HYUNDAI MANY TIMES OF COURSE NO ONE RESPONDED. I WAS A CUSTOMER SINCE 2010 BUYING 7, ALWAYS BOUGHT NEW EVERY FEW YEARS, ALWAYS PAID CASH, NOT A GOOD WAY TO TREAT A POTENTIAL LIFE LONG HYUNDAI BUYER !!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE READ HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF SIMILAR COMPLAINTS FROM 2025 TUSCON OWNERS.. I KNOW HYUNDAI KNOWS THIS.

Love it!

I love my 2025 Tucson. It has so many features that helpo me have a safe drive. Surrounding cameras assist me in parking. And the lane changing cameras make me feel so much more at ease and confident driving on the freeway.

Love my Tucson

This car is a pleasure to drive. It handles great, the turning radius is amazing and it and has a clean classic look. The Tucson has really good safety features, warning alerts and the all around cameras very helpful. With all the bells and whistles that my car has that I love, I would recommend adding the rear window pull down sun shades. Other than that I am very pleased and satisfied with my Tucson.

sharp looking as it is dependable

Great gas mileage. Comfortable ride in the front row. Somewhat of a rougher ride in the back. Would prefer to have larger cup holders in the back as well as in the front doors to accommodate larger drinks than small water bottles. We use our car for vacations and longer trips and have been very happy with its dependability in all climates.
