Blue Link App
My Blue Link app has not worked since November 10, 2025 at 6:15 am. I put a ticket in with Blue Link on December 18, 2025 at 9:35 am.
I have called Blue Link Call Center every 7 - 10 days since December 18. Call Center states they cannot speak with an engineer, nor is there a human with the Blue Link app to speak with. I have all documentation of my correspondence with Blue Link call center. I have also had Hyundai Barnes Crossing check on this issue as well, and they could not help either. Dealership sold the vehicle with the Blue Link app remote start, etc. features, and I paid the fee included in price of my 2025 Tucson. However, I have not been able to utilize the Blue Link app since November 10, 2025. I am paying for a service include in my vehicle sale price and no access. Very disgusted and upset since I purchased in good faith the myHyundai app remote start, etc. would work properly. Regina Moffett
