Hyundai Tucson SEL has been an excellent vehicle. The one problem I encountered within the last month is that the horn does not work. Took it in for routine maintenance last week and they ordered a new horn assembly kit. Otherwise no problem s.

2.5 year check-in

I have owned my Tucson for over 2 years and have not experienced any problems with it. It's fun to drive, the dashboard and infotainment displays are ideal. I still haven't had the opportunity to play with all the settings available outside of the primary settings but the options available are worthy of a more in-depth visit.

So far so good

I have had my Hyundai for almost 1 year and so far so good. Its good on gas, very dependable as drive to and from 2 jobs on a daily basis. It has all the features that I wanted. The only thing I could say is that I wish the way to connect your phone wasn't a USB and was the lightening type of outlet instead. Also, wish it accelerated smoother.

Great price, Vehicle Great when you first buy it but loses value fast

Vehicle is great when you first buy it but loses value fast. Interiior & Exterior wear out faster than usual. I hate the autoshutoff feature and having to press the button so the motor will not be turning off and on. I had to turn off the safety features becuase it confused the concrete median as a car and it braked me in the highway when I was going 70 miles per hour. I almost got hit from behind becuase it just braked the car. Car exterior paint wears not the quality I am used to, turns ugly in about two years.

Not for the vertically challenged, but…

I love the style, the safety features, the good service, but my 2024 Hyundai is not designed for a short person and Hyundai offers no accommodations for the problem. I am about 5 feet tall and even with the adjustable seat set at the highest position, the back of my head rests between the headrest and the driver’s seat and I can’t see the hood of my car. The sun visor is useless in early morning or afternoon because my line of sight is below the visor. The service department suggested that I buy a booster cushion but did not recommend one that would be a good fit. I do use one, but the seat is not shaped for an addition and was a lot more comfortable without it. I’m concerned about using an added cushion with the heated seat and if the functioning of the seat belt is affected. When I sit in the passenger seat which has no height adjustment, I can see out the door window, but looking forward, I get a view of the dash. Yes, I feel like I bought my 2024 Tucson too fast after one test drive, and I didn’t try out all of the seats. That’s on me. I should have taken and insisted on more time. I was smitten by the design, the size, and mostly the wonderful safety features that I really enjoy. I traded in my 2010 Tucson and am pleased that even with many new features, the basic set up is very similar. So my 2024 Tucson is easy to operate but is unfortunately not a good fit for me. Surely the engineers at Hyundai could come up with a comfortable solution for short drivers like me. Or put a disclaimer fthat the design caters to tall people. I

It was totaled in a rear end accident a year ago.

Didn't have it long enough to even figure out all it's features.

I bought my 24 tucson used with 1000 miles on it. Within 2 weeks the car stalled and it was a process to figure out that it was the fuel pump. Replaced 3 times and finally fixed, within the past year there has been no problems/ Minor issue the cell phone charger stopped working. My local hyundai dealership has not been the greatest which makes me think of switching where I bring my car for service, Inconvenience but don't want to deal with their nonsense. Car is stylish, love the interior drives well. I enjoy the car overall.
