Love free maintenance, but would like MPG to be much higher and less issues with communication from google on digital calls, texting or other requests. Poor communication when using Android cell from what I'm being told.

Excellent salesman and manager

Car is comfortable and drives very well! First Hyundai we have ever bought. Previous 3 cars were Chevrolet Equinox’s. We are very happy with the Tucson! Our salesman was excellent. We had a service issue but the service manager got involved and made it right! Very satisfied with Rockland Hyundai!

Love Our Tucson Hybrid

Love that it is a non plug-in Hybrid. Just driving the car charges the battery. The car is very quiet and comfortable and easy to drive. When taking long trips, you arrive relaxed due to the smooth ride.

Average vehicle, would probably not have purchased if husband hadn't pressured me to agree.

The Tucson is an average vehicle. Pleasant to drive, but passenger comfort is not so great. Interior colors not the best choice. Would have shopped more brands, etc. if not for husbands impatience to just get a NEW car. Had a 2002 Buick previously. Loved it! But he had difficulty with lower seating and wanted something more like his pickup to get in and out of. We now have a vehicle that rides like a truck.

A Fantastic SUV!

I love driving my Tuscon SUV. It is a great car which has a smooth ride and is easy to drive wherever I go. I have four grandchildren and it is just big enough for me to transport them to many activities which we enjoy together.

Excellent.

All good I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle. One thing I can say is that Hyundai has come a long way. I don’t have much more to say, I’m a person of short communication, so I guess I will not make it to your minimum 200 characters.

I love the way it drives, good on gas when taking long trips, other then the radio screen going black when driving this is a great car .

I like the vehicle but not the headaches from the dealer ship. It’s good on gas and a smooth ride. I would recommend this car to a young adult for a first car. And it has a lot of safety features that I love

The Tucson has the right balance for practical and comfortable transportation. Hyundai keeps it simple with non-turbo and non-DCT, and port-and-direct injection for the tried-and-true vehicle solution. The available features in the different trims are segmented sensibly for the different personal tastes.

Great vehicle

How America should be going, Hybrid. Vehicle rides well, very comfortable, plenty of power, rather good MPG, roomy interior (especially the rear seats), great design, adequate power, has all the whistles and bells you need.

Very pleased with car

The poor blind spot indicators are dangerous. I have to remind myself to not use them. I'd annoying t have to use the engine cut off button every time you start the car. The AC temp occasionally resets to 72* for no apparent reason. It could use a little more horsepower.

Stylish SUV with excellent safety features. Camera views help while driving and parking. Remote start function is a great feature. Infotainment console easy to use. Bluetooth connections make listening to podcasts easy.

Overall, so far, very good experience .Very nice car to drive. Very much cost effective. Fuel cost effective as well, doesn't need an expensive grade fuel, "regular" works just fine. Has many features that would be expected in more expensive, "luxury " cars. The only think, it should have more color variety AND DON'T DISCONTINUE THE RED COLOR! I drive RED Hyundai Tucson and get tons of compliments from men and women alike regarding the color of my vehicle. I personally would choose this particular from the lot of many just because of the color.

Warped rotors with 7,000 miles

I had an older sonata I traded in for a 2023 Tucson I was drawn to due to the pretty calypso red color. I test drove the car decided I loved it and wanted to purchase it. Go back few days later to find out the car I was buying wasn’t the same one I test drove. One had 3,000 miles is the one I thought I was getting. Fast forward seven months at 15,000 miles I had to replace warped rotors and brake pads Hyundai said I was just over the warranty! I only put 7,000 miles on it. I didn’t warp the rotors. If the car went through testing before I bought it how did they not see this??

Great car

Tucson is very sturdy, feel confident driving the car. Very comfortable to ride it. Previously had a Kona and a Sante Fe. The Sante Fe had 360,000 miles on it. Traded it for the Kona, which was too small. Traded that on the Tucson. Car is easy to drive and accelerates well. Can't recommend it enough.

Reliable, fun to drive and cost efficient

I replaced my BMW X3 with the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid and never looked back. So much more bang for your buck and my pocket book likes the 35 mpg average. It has great acceleration and is fun to drive. I love this car.

Love this car

Love this car. Fun to drive. Good safety qualities. Handles well in all weather conditions. Quiet when driving and good climate controls. Radio quality is good. The phone pairing could use some improvements.
