Love it!

The Tucson is great in the winter and snowy conditions, and comfortable in the summer as well. It handles well, gets great gas mileage, and lots of compliments on the looks and comfort. It is fun to drive. I love the way the handles light up for me when I get to the door! The only thing I would change is to put the time in the main dashboard near the speed indicator. If it can tell me what song is playing next, it should be able to tell me what time it is without having to glance over to the center screen.

I love my Tuscan

I’ve always had a car but purchasing a SUV was the best decision I’ve ever made. The vehicle is comfortable, it is roomy and my husband enjoys driving it. I have no regrets in making this purchase because I love my Tuscan.

Nice looking vehicle. The check engine light came on and the engine was running rough The vehicle would not accelerate properly, after getting it inspected One of the injectors was stuck in open position dumping fuel the repair shop replaced injector high pressure pipe combustion seal and bolts. This happened at 21,000 mi on My 2022 Hyundai Tucson four-wheel drive vehicle.

Great vehicle price, styling and performance. I’ve owned several Hyundai vehicle’s. I spend a lot of time in my Hyundai and the Bose sound system takes me over the top. The warranty is wonderful and I will certainly recommend the Hyundai brand to all of my friends, relative's as well as coworkers. Good job Hyundai you knocked it out of the park.

Serious safety issues/alerts - Not able to schedule appointment for 3 months!

We've been owning this car since August/2022, and it currently has ~5,900 miles. Ever since we bought the car, we've been having serious issues with the navigation and sound systems (we weren't able to get any appointments so we found a fix where we would disconnect and reconnect the battery). This would happen every month or so. Then we have an issue with the tailgate light. Every single time it rains, there's water inside the tailgate light. Today 07/25/2023, while I was driving the car I got 4 SAFETY alerts (Check blind-spot safety system, Check forward safety system, check rear cross-traffic safety system and ABS). I called several Hyundai dealerships around my area and the earliest appointment I could get was in October. The main reason why we bought a NEW Hyundai was strictly for safety and reliability because we just had a baby. How can I use this car? Who's gonna be liable for any possible accidents? This car was a lemon from the start and I should have taken action earlier, and not put my family and other people in traffic at risk by driving this.

Best Decision

By far my best vehicle purchase to date. The Tucson has not disappointed and is a great long distance drive and an everyday commuter vehicle. The warranty that Hyaundai offers cannot be beat which is ultimately why we went with them over another competitor.

Sales process was rushed. Salesman and sales manager lied. Said I didn't qualify for Hyundai finance When I did. Lied and low balled my trade-in. Said they were saving me tax money on My trade when sellers don't pay taxes on trades. When I complained to GM he never called me Rather put me back in touch with the liars that f...ked me in the beginning. They had to refund money because of the fiance lie but never made the trade problem right. They didn't set up my features and treated us like shit. Wow our 3 Hyundai but the worst experience in our lives. Gettell is a joke and burned our love for Hyundai.

Nice vehicle but poor AC

Vehicle is nice but AC never got completely cold. Taken to dealership several times and repaired under warranty… it took over a month to get the repair and the first hot day in April … the AC blew hot air for 15 minutes. Drove the vehicle to Bennett Chevy the next day to trade in for my current vehicle a Chevy Equinox. I did not feel like taking it back to the original dealership to have them “fix” it again. Soured me on this car brand.

Solid 2nd family car that has good balance for local and extended trips. No compromise on quality and safety. In hindsight suggest a new buyer upgrade to the built-in navigation. For those who enjoy cleaning/maintaining their car themselves. I really enjoy the ability to disable the auto idle/stop off. My other vehicles do not have this ability. Controls, features and touchscreen is easy to quickly navigate and learn.

An all-around great purchase!

Have had this 2022 Tucson for one year now, replacing my previous 2019 Tucson. The 2022 offered a significant upgrade in styling, safety options, and ride comfort than the earlier model even though I had no complaints. New options included wireless phone connectivity and charging and works great. I had planned to go with the hybrid model but availability was next to impossible, so I went with the SEL model. It has cloth heated front seats and a two-tone interior with sunroof. The mpg is great! 32/38 overall.

Bought our Hyundai Tuscan in 2022.Great vehicle during the day. Night driving is hazardous. We live in the country where there are plenty of hills. Seems the headlights are not adjusted right. Big black spots appears when headlights are in low beam. Dealerships states that this to protect oncoming traffic.

Love the car! The only things I would like improved are the paint quality, the turning radius and the fact that it’s hard to make a hard left or right turn at night, because the light beam is narrow. Also, we had to drive to Portland for our last oil change to get it done at Beaverton Hyundai, because our local Medford, OR dealer was booking 5-6 weeks out.
