Excellent Vehicle, Great Fuel Economy

Our local dealership, Allen Turner Hyundai, has been very supportive, the sales rep Bob Folker was absolutely true to his word and our entire experience was really good. This was one of the best new car purchansing experiences I have had in years. The vehicle has exceeded my expectations in every area. Looks like we made a great decision purchasing our new Hyundai Tucson.

Terrible customer service

The radio and AC are terrible. I want to love the car but can’t. In warm weather the AC struggles to keep you cool. The vents are almost impossible to properly adjust so your getting maximum air flow on you. The radio has given me issues since a week after I drove it off the lot. Other than that I wish I could love the car .

I really like the vehicle. It drives very nice and has great safety features. It gets good gas mileage and looks nice.

my experience

this is a pretty good vehicle. i am a bit disappointed on a couple of fronts, but my fault for not paying attention during the buying process. i think the sales people should go over EVERY aspect and option available for the vehicle you are buying to be sure you get the value you expect from the vehicle.

I Like the car and features. Gets good gas mileage. Stereo has good sound. The noise from highway driving is a little louder than I would have liked. Have had engine issues, not yet resolved. Luckily still under warranty.

Should be 5 star, but gave a 1 star, need my amplifier fixed!

Has everything that a futuristic car needs. Super comfortable and sporty looking. Would be a 5 star car, if my amplifier was fixed. I have owned the car for 12 mths, & no sound in my car for 11 mths & empty promises from the dealerships!

Great vehicle all around

This car even after a year always coming across new things. Great on gas. Definitely would recommend. Love how it drives, the features, the color of it. Great vehicle all around from top to bottom very impressed!!!

My Tuscon experience

I had my car 5 months before check engine light came on! It has now been sitting at the dealership waiting for a new engine! I have almost had my loaner car longer than the car I purchased and I’m sad about it but nothing I can do! It’s beeen a waiting game! It’s not the dealerships fault where it is at!
