. Great Value. Great Look. Great Ride. Exceptional Mileage.

We love our car. Most of our trips are less than 30 miles. As a result, our plug-in hybrid takes that trip on battery alone. When we take longer trips, we have the gas to carry us through without having to plug in. This is one of the best cars we have ever had. When you add up all the gas we have purchased and the miles driven, we get over 100 miles/gallon because most of our trips are around the house. Now, we did have to put in a high-voltage outlet to make sure we could charge the car easily. The seats are comfortable. It is a small SUV but having the space in the back with a cover that keeps possessions out of sight works. We were originally concerned about not having a spare tire. We bought a spare and put it in the back when we take longer trips with long stretches without gas stations. But around the home, we figure AAA support will take care of our needs. The car has good power and passes with ease. We certainly would buy this car again. It is perfect for a retired couple who live mostly close to home.

Awesome Hybrid EV with lots of Extras

I have enjoyed driving my Tuscon PHEV for a year now. It's very nice to drive and I'm saving a lot on gas. I fill-up with gas at least half as much as I used to. The mileage for highway driving isn't as good as when I'm driving around town and breaking which charges the battery. The only problem I've had, and the dealer says it isn't a problem, is that the engine revs high when I'm going up steep hills. It sounds like it isn't changing gears when it needs to. Otherwise, I'm happy with the car, with the dashboard and the plush interior.

Great car but has a few bugs

Love the vehicle its fun to drive. However we have had several electrical issues with charging and the dashboard display. The charging problem took 30 days to repair which is unacceptable.

Love this car!

I love my tuscon. It's incredibly comfortable, safe, and fuel efficient. I drive long distances to work and it's made my commute my "zen" time instead of a burden.

It started out great but now not so great.

Car left me stranded then 11 days at the dealership to replace a water pump. No loaner available. One reason I bought the car was the warranty. Finding out the warranty is no better than the dealership servicing it. I’ve had two miserable dealership episodes. Sometimes it seems the transmission is acting up. I’m losing faith in its reliability.

Exceeds My Expectations

Very peppy whether on battery or gas usage. Cargo area is more spacious than it appears. I'm pleased with the capacity even when the seats are up. The ride can be a little harsh on a rough road, but it is incredibly quite on smooth surfaces. I really like the interior appearance, and the seats are comfortable for the cross-state trips I've taken.
