There are so many things I love about my car. Some might this is funny but my favorite thing is the heated steering wheel . My hands are always cold so I use this feature every day. The car handles very nice also.

Smooth ride and easy of driving

It rides very nicely, would have been a five rating if not for the cheap tires that were on there when I bought the car. My daughter and granddaughter both love the ease of driving the tucson. Also the car is pretty quiet to drive which I also like alot.

For a small import it is pretty comfortable. A little hard to get in and out of for a 6' tall individual. Once in, it is ok.

Not as good as I anticipated

Hybrid supposed to get 42 miles to the gallon it does not also the cupholders don’t even fit a real cup. The gas cap is flimsy and the worst part now there is a recall info screen inside just blacks out when you’re driving, not good. Also, Hyundai does not have good customer service at all. They are not for the customer very unhelpful and refuse to try to help you with anything you got the vehicle, you’re stuck with it too bad.

I like my Tucson and I am mostly but not entirelysatisfied with it.

This is my first SUV after always having sedans. It does very well in the features most important to me, especially driver comfort, especially lumbar support. The ride is smooth and peppy, and reasonably quiet for a non-luxury vehicle.

The turn signals should be up where the brake lights are to avoid any collision if a vehicle is following to close behind you. The will not be able to see the turn signal on

Started creaking almost immediately

I generally like the car, but the driver's seat started creaking and squeaking almost immediately. I had it for about two months when the creaking started. The remote start on the key fob doesn't always work, which generally isn't a huge deal because I usually use the app, but needs to be pointed out. The safety features are annoying and can be inaccurate. The blindspot alarm goes off when changing lanes even when the car that is causing the alarm is clearly visible in the rear view mirror. I drive extensively through construction areas and fighting the car to stay in a lane that it feels I'm drifting out of seems dangerous. The car has never come close to the rated gas mileage even when trying to maximize efficiency.

Best in its class!

I LOVE my Tucson!! It's everything a midsize SUV should be. Great milage, looks amazing and all the features make it fun to drive. I had never heard of a Tucson until I test drive this and now I tell everyone to get one.

Nice car but.....

The car is very comfortable, and I like the dash screen. I have two main complaints. 1. Thee have been times I wanted information and I looked in the manual. I was unable to find any information at all that answered my questions about the dashboard and the console buttons. That needs better documentation. 2. I keep a bike rack on my car, on a hitch, at all times. There is no way for me to disable the backup camera and that drives me crazy. I need to disable it every single time I start the car. If I stop for two minutes for a quick errand I need to disable the backup cameras again. I have spoken with my dealer who called Hyundai about this. Hyundai thinks that disabling the backup camera causes a safety issue. I think NOT being able to disable the camera is a safety issue. If I ever want to make a 3 point turn while driving I need to be able to back up. Other cars allow the camera to be disabled. I don't want to install and remove the bike rack every time it is needed. And this reminds me of the 3rd issue I have with the car. The blinker lights are very low down in the back, not in the standard place for blinkers. I use my blinkers all the time and sometimes I worry that other's aren't seeing them because of non-standard placement. These 3 issues are big ones for me, and make me wonder if I bought the right car.

Great vehicle with lots of nice features. MPG & software are letdowns

So far my wife and I have loved the Tucson. It drives very well, is comfortable, and has A LOT of nice features. The full glass roof, heated & cooled seats and heated steering wheel are favorites. The MPG isn't achieving the stated numbers by a few miles per gallon. The software layout is probably the most annoying issue for me. I have a 2023 Kia EV6 and I generally like its layout and software functionality much better with a key feature being able to run Android Auto while still having the ability to see a number of the car's native software feature on the right 1/3 of the screen (split screen functionality for AA and native software). Also, the Sirius XM layout is much better generally on the Kia. It is painfully poorly execute on the Tucson. Another feature that needs improvement is the rear collision alarm when a bike rack is attached. The procedure to override is annoying. It would be much better to have a setting in the car that allowed turning off the alarm. Better yet, make the software smart enough to recognize and ignore a fixed object that move with the car. It would be nice to have side mirrors that automatically rotate inward when parked. Lastly, Hyundai's and Kia's Navigation software maps and terribly out of date not having businesses, etc that have been around for years.
