Love our new 2024 Tucson Hybrid! Amazingly comfortable ride with superior design. Could use a little more pep on a quick takeoff but very protected feeling given all the driver safety options. Would 100% buy again!

Love my Tucson

I went from an Infiniti Q60 Red Sport. I thought I would miss the pickup and speed. This Tucson has awesome pickup. I’m a tech junky. The Tucson has everything I could want. I feel very safe in it. Very roomy with lots of cargo room as well.

Sporty and Spiffy!

So impressed with the technology features, safety features, and creature comforts. Love the air cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and full sunscreen. Styling is current and hybrid engine feels powerful and reliable.

Love the ride. Not so sure about the mpg as so far hasn’t lived up to predictions- more like combined of 30 than the 37EPA estimate. Drives very well and the interior feels very luxurious. Love that Hyundai put so many features into the lower trim levels that you’d have to pay much more for in others.

Misleading

A plug-in hybrid SUV is what I wanted but was sold the Hybrid and I did not know the difference but my salesperson did!! The price for under $40,000 is a big deal. We still like the SEL trim even though the switch to the 10.3-inch infotainment screen means losing the volume knob that came with the smaller, eight-inch screen. The SEL lacks some luxuries found on the Limited trim like the panoramic roof and leather-trimmed seats, but the SEL still offers plenty of convenience and safety features like LED lighting, wireless phone charging, and a hands-free tailgate. The challenge with the Tucson PHEV is finding one—Hyundai only sells it in 15 states.

Nice vehicle, less than expected gas mileage

It's a far better vehicle than I thought it was going to be. Please be aware that you will likely NOT get anywhere near the promised gas mileage. You will put on a show for everyone in the parking lot when you use the self park feature!

Heater stinks

I bought the car new and it takes forever to get warm. Doesn’t really get hot. It’s a crap shot if the doors unlock with key fob in pocket. Interior is nice and I like the drive when the climate isn’t too cold.

Love it knew as soon as I drove it that I was buying it

I love all the features The navigation is wonderful I was very angry that we did not get a spare tire I would expect with new car to get the basics Very disappointing My friends bought a Kia and got a spare

Safe, Comfortable and Fun Driving Experience

Tremendous safety features, the safety package exceeds other SUVS I test drove. Once seated in the vehicle you quickly realize the attention that was paid regarding accessing the vehicle controls and the comfortable seating. The Hybrid also has great acceleration, multiple driving options (Eco, Smart, Sport, and Snow) and the ability to drive in either a four wheel or front wheel format, making it a fun vehicle to drive.

Very pleased with purchasing the Tucson. It fits our needs very well and so easy to handle. We purchased the hybrid and so happy for the gas mileage. Really surprised how comfortable the seats are and a friend commented on the quietness inside while driving.

overall experience from purchase to delivery was excellent

very satisfied with many features of our new Tucson Hybrid- exterior of the vehicle is the first thing that caught my eye- interior features and performance followed- dealership made it easy and was fair with our trade in- first time purchasing a hybrid so I believe they should go over the battery on the vehicle and explain the tire tool kit better . Overall very satisfied

Great vehicle IF you can stand the backup warning sound

If I could change one thing - the backup warning sound - this would be one of my all-time favorite vehicles. I often leave my house pretty early in the morning and the warning noise when backing up is much to loud

Great vehicle with the safety features we desired

We were looking for a SUV with roof racks to support our kayaking, biking and travels. Since we are getting older a high priority was put on the driver safety features in many of the newer vehicles. We ended up having to go with the Tucson Limited to get all the safety features we desired. We love the digital dashboard where the left or right dials are replaced with camera view from left or right based on turn signal. Other safety features have been very helpful. The Hyundai Tucson Limited comes with many comfort features. Some weren't on our requirement list but have already appreciated the heated & cooled front seats, heated steering wheel, automatic switching of high beam lights. At this point there are some features we have not had time to utilize. Hyundai has many helpful video clips that clearly explain all the features. We watched all the ones related to safety features before making a final purchase decision. Our previous vehicle was a Kia Sorento and we were leaning toward the Kia Sportage but it was so popular all the dealers were marking up the price another $3,000. The Tucson has the equivalent features, no markup, was available and included first 3 years of free maintenance. This is our first hybrid so we are getting use to it. So far the normal around town mpg's has been very good, maybe a little lower than claimed. The highway mileage hasn't been as good as expected but still much better than replaced vehicle.

Easy to understand

Very happy with the purchase of the car we bought. We waited for 13 months and finally picked a different color but same vehicle from a different dealer. The one we ordered was finally going to be deliver after 15 months and we couldn't wait any longer.

Handles great, good gas milage, quiet and comfortable.

This is the best vehicle I have ever purchased. The safety features are incredible. The design is perfect, and the vehicle looks great. The engine is very responsive and quiet. The seats are comfortable, and the entertainment and navigation systems are fabulous. It is just a pleasure to drive.
