Love my car

It was an unexpected find, and not was vehicle i was expecting to get, but my Sonata Hybrid was a happy discovery! I love the way it handles, and i love the milage it gets pet gallon, and i love the speakers.

What a great car!

I got a SEL Hybrid. Great looks, ride, performance and mileage. The tech it comes with standard is amazing. Have gotten lots of compliments. I can't say enough good things about Hyundai. To me, it rides like a luxury car.

Tired of warning messages dealer cannot fix.

I have been driving a 2023 for less than 2 months. I don’t want warning messages. If I get them, I want them fixed. I cannot earn a living from dealer lobby. Hyundai should have the ability to fix computer errors. It’s not an unreasonable expectation

Weird Assortment

We purchased Sonata Hybrid Blue. It is considered to be a baseline model, yet it has power everything…almost. I’d gladly trade the lane centering for a power front seat though! Here are 24 more characters to reach the stupid minimum of 200.

Economical Family Car with Good Handling and Safety Features

Hybrid BLUE and get better MPG than advertised. Plenty of power and handling for "family" driving, and the ride is more comfortable than expected. Downside is less usable room in trunk than expected. Warranty reassuring.

Poor Design

Design is poor. Engine section is too long. End of hood/bonnet is not visible - it is at least 2 feet longer than what is visible from the driver's seat. Navigation should be replaced with standard auto dimming rear view mirror. Wireless navigation is good, but requirement to have a wired connection to enable car play/android auto is stupid. Drive quality isn't great. Shock absorbers/struts/dampeners need to be better. You can feel the impact when you cross a speed bump or a very small pot hole. Electric to gas or vice versa shift isn't smooth. You can feel it as you are nearing a stop.

Great overall vehicle

There are so many things to love about our new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid: the great gas mileage, the safety features (favorites are the back up camera, lane change safety, steering safety) all with a quiet, comfortable ride. We also love that we can sync our phones (iOS and Android) with the video deck so our phones don't overheat in the hot sun while we're using the navigation system. It is such a nice looking updated car.
