Luxury on a budget.

I absolutely love this vehicle. It was definitely an improvement from the Tucson that I had prior. It’s luxury on a budget!

Best Vehicle Ever

This is the most comfortable vehicle I’ve ever driven. The Santa Fe is the fifth Hyundai vehicle that I have owned in the past seven years and I am not going to ever buy another brand.. this week has been great for me and my family of four. Great and guest comfortable.

Amazing truck

This truck has everything and anything that I could ask for. I love all of the electronics and technology, I love the size, the Bluelink app is a great benefit. Love the forward and reverse remote parking assist. The color is amazing. The ride is amazing, I really can’t find anything to complain about.

Great with some annoyances

Great car. Easy to drive. Comfortable. Rides good. Steering assistance gets annoying though. The vehicle won’t let you run cruise control with dark sunglasses. Tells me constantly to “take a break” interrupting sounds system with no way to turn off.

not the best choice

Car is fine for point A to point B, but some of the features are annoying and inconvenient. They’re also life-threatening. The cruise control following distance is very scary and it has almost caused me multiple wrecks due to people breaking in a different lane getting off of a highway or making a turn from the turning lane on a minor highway in the car picking that up and slamming the brakes. The vehicle is overall uncomfortable. Shoulder width and waist width is very minimal. I would not want to drive this vehicle for more than three hours max and that’s even pushing it. That would be pretty miserable. Its ride height is also terrible. I’ve gone through two windshield in two months.

Love it and it's a sharp vehicle to own. I do recommend it. Lots of colors to choose from and many features to learn when you have time to read the manual. A must have vehicle for the price.

Love Love Love

I am so happy that I decided to go with the Sante Fe, I looked at other brands but honestly felt like this gave me the best bang for the buck. I've had no problems so far and enjoy driving my new car around so much.

2025 Hyundai Santa Fe is a solidly fine vehicle. I have been satisfied with the vehicle so far. Disappointed because I got the coating protection and it did not hold up against bugs and/or possible a dust particle and Hyundai said it wasn't covered. This is after having the vehicle maybe 2-3 months. Also, I took my vehicle in for service because of a recall and soon after I get low psi warnings for all the tires at the exact same amount that fluctuates from 27 to 29 randomly. The customer service was above average during the recall visit because the dealership attempted to resolve the protection coating issue but ultimately ending with the option of me making a claim on my insurance in order for them to do anything. Having the vehicle less than 6 months it is comfortable and seems to be working fine other than the items mentioned above. The salesman would receive an A, the vehicle a B, and the overall customer service (results matter) a C+, but the people deserve an A for the communication, follow up and for just giving a crap. I will need to buy another vehicle in about 2 years, and I will consider being a repeat customer.

Love my 2025 Santa Fe & working with Jacob Sturm-Van Horn Fond du Lac

My new 2025 Santa Fee is wonderful. Very comfortable and easy to handle, The blue color makes it a very attractive looking vehicle. Jacob Sturm at Van Horn Fond du Lac was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and explained about the vehicle so I could understand it. Other staff included Brad and Jake who also were a pleasure to work with. I am greatful that I have free oil changes!

Santa Fe - nice, but lacking

I replaced a Ford Flex with the 2025 Santa Fe. So far, it's a decent vehicle, but I miss my Flex. 1) The manual is really poorly written, and the electronic version is really poorly formatted. 2) The gas mileage isn't what I was expecting. Apparently, peak performance is in a very narrow range at 55 mph with no A/C running. 3) The gas gauge is nearly useless. The miles to empty calculation is better, but still a dynamic guessing game. 4) The trip meters aren't very practical. 5) The alerts will drive you nuts, and sometimes contribute to distracted driving. 6) The haptic alerts are a little too sensitive. If you don't try to manage them, they will literally try to yank your car back into a lane with the slightest deviation from center. 7) My local service techs don't seem to know a lot about how the dashboard display works...they hunt and peck as much as I do. 8) Rear visibility is pretty poor. The cameras are a must in this vehicle. 9) Read storage is only fair, and there aren't enough tie-downs or anchors to carry much without risk of things flopping around.
