Thank you for learning more about our history, be sure to stop into any one of our stores and allow us the opportunity to serve you. everything underlined you failed, proof is i gave darryl bond the saleman the following information, kerry hyundai florence, has kerry discount over $1000 on about 15 santa fe's i asked to talk about a modest amount $500, i was told that the Financing Offer : $2,500 and 5.75% on select Hyundai models was their profit margin was told no, finally was told would allow $100, paperwork showing this to be true, day car delivered the $100 had disappeared, had to remind darryl bond and he said he would go back and take care of it, over a week i had to call and call no return call finally received about 8 - 10 days after car delivered. i also proved the $2500 is not profit margin based on kerry hyundai web page, would have been wonderful if don franklin would have folllowed the underline statement. would have bought from kerry if they were closer. wonder if any of this would be considered lying, deceitfulness and illegally business practice. hope you would follow up and let me know. i gave $22000 check down payment about 2 days later finance dept called and said they could not accept the check and i would have to provide a cashier check, i said had no more funds i then said bring my check back take the santa fe back and cancel the transaction, shortly thereafter called back and said they could take the check, who knows what to do and who does not know i thought a modest $500 would have been very fair, receiveing from the kerry dealership providing a minimum of $1000, appears i was very wrong. seems as if the $100 was to much, good thing i noticed. wish i could have called on you so i could have gotten a fair price like kerry hyundai. think what glowing reports i could have given if only they had not lied 2. phone calls not returned, example my insurance co. left request return calls, none about 5-7 left unanswered, finally got judy and elena to contact my insurance, up to 30 phone calls not returned. if you need more info, be happy to include another email, i intend to continue more to hyundai corp. please advise where i am very wrong. santa fe perfect car for me, i'm 83, thanks, i've gotten many cars over my life time this one is one of the best i am gene bailey 859-881-9320 enega@windstream.net

the car perfect for me, under conditions listed if i could have found dealer closer with same car i would not have used don franklin, their care of their customers appears to be not careing to much of how they treat them, all they need to do is listen to them.

It’s not excellent feedback

The vehicle is good but has some minor issues when bought like the seat belt warning which goes off and is scary. Also the backspace button sometimes does not work and I have to press it twice with some errors.

Very well equiped compared to the competition.

I have the Calligraphy trim level, and I'm impressed with all tech in this SUV. After one year of driving, there are no issues to report. My only compliant is not having a storage console for my sunglasses.

Great car - no Wireless Android Auot

Very nice, quiet ride. All electronics work well. However, sales brochures and media stated that vehicle had Wireless Android. It does not. I was told an update was coming that would enable this feature. I am still waiting.

The overall experience has been good, so far. Oxendale Salesman and Finance manager were nothing but great. The vehicle is nice and roomy.

The vehicle has been great , thus far. It's quiet, roomy and great mpg. Love the added safety features. Just wish the roof rack, 3rd row seat, Full size spare and LED lighting every where came standard with the vehicle.

If you do proper research you will find that the Hyundai Santa Fe is top quality with so many perks. Great smooth ride. Amazing sound system, you seriously can't go wrong. Hyundai is an amazing brand and the Santa Fe is the perfect size SUV. Bigger than I thought but so worth it.

This vehicle surprised me

The 2023 Santa Fe surprised me when I saw it on the showroom floor and even more so when I drove it. The Calligraphy is well worth the upgrade from the other packages and has so many features. I never saw myself buying a Hyundai, but I love this vehicle so much.

I would not have made the purchase had i had a clue

I feel that i’ve been paying for a car that is unsafe for me and the people that trust me with their safety. I trusted that I was getting a good vehicle and new car. I should have known that it was not true when they brought my car back with mud all over it and couldn’t explain how it got there. The car I handed over to the Dealer.

What a great car!!!

This is my second Santa Fe and it is absolutely wonderful!!!! It handles very well and is gorgeous!!!! Take one for a test drive!!! If you didn't know it, you would think you're driving a sedan instead of an SUV!!! You definitely will not be sorry, I guarantee it!!!!

Santa fe Sucks

I finally got ne a new car. Bought all kinds of warranty items to protect my purchase. Only thing it didn't cover was incompetence of the dealer and Hyundai corporation in fixing there cars. I guess new cars can be considered a lemon that's just what I got. My wireless charger doesn't work. My dealer told the Hyundai tech said it was something I had to deal with. Not so. If they can't fix if I am going to My last resort.
