Great vehicle - needs some "tweaks"

This is a GREAT vehicle!!! Luxury at a midsize price. Fantastic features/Teck. Love it!! Some minor changes I would like to see like doing away with the push button shifter and make the auto stop/start permanently defeatable. The dual-clutch transmission isn't just not needed, but is a problem in certain situations (stopped on a hill). However, after all that, I highly recommend this SUV!!!

Great SUV.

We were looking to move into a SUV type car. This one checks all the boxes so far as quality, styling and performance. Even with the turbo 2.5 engine, it still gets very good mileage (if you keep your foot out of it).

I bought this car for driving comfort and fuel mileage. The build quality is top notch. I may be looking at the new Santa Fe or Palisade Limited in 2024. I’m feeling the need for something a bit larger. I want to stay with Hyundai but if I can get a better deal at another dealership I will consider the change. The fees and add ons at my dealership are a complete turn off, but I like the cars

nice car but lacks value for money spent

Vehicle has good warranty and local service department is excellent . But vehicle lacks bang for your buck . Had good 0% 3 year finance . Vehicle resale value is falling like a rock Good transportation but not much on high end comfort

Great car with lots of toys

This car is loaded with tech. If you're like me and like your bells and whistles, this car has them! It's got a great ride with lots of get up and go once you get going. It's surprisingly nimble for a 4 cylinder. There are a few annoyances like some slight hesitate in power off the line and underpowered charging ports but overall a great bang for your buck.

Salesman Jose was fantastic!

Beautiful car inside and out. Love all the new and the updated features. Lighting is improved from previous years. Pearl white paint color is gorgeous. Love the stitching on the leather seats. Bigger or wider windshield improves visibility.

Good but my wife Judy has issues. She is not thrilled...

If you can live with the previously mentioned issues it is an excellent car. I do believe your financing policy can be improved . 7.9%? Really? When our collective credit scores both exceed 800? You should be ashamed!

This is my third purchase of a new Hyundai Santa Fe. I drove my first Santa Fe for 10 years. It still had decent trade in value so I traded it in for Santa Fe #2. I kept the next Santa Fe for about 3 years. I gave it to my daughter-in-law so she would have a safe, dependable vehicle. Great car!

Salesman experience. Windows and seat

The salesman told me it had remote start and doesn't. The side windows could use some tent and seat could be little better. Other that those the car has a nice appearance. Driving it is very easy. Braking is great. Fuel efficiency is good. Finance guy was great. The warranty is awesome.

Smooth ride

none really we have had 4 Santa fe's I will say Planet Hyundai; I would never go back there not near the service Mc Donald Hyundai is. Wish Susanne had had a Santa Fe when you had to have one. Planet Hyundai did not do any of the stuff in your survey they were awful even had take the car with an air leak and refused to fix or put a new tire on cost 20 dollars to repair .They are awful lucky you all have great auto's. I would Never Go back even if they were giving cars away free. Only buy from Susanne (my mistake ) We have bought 2 from her.

The dealership was excellent and they were willing to work with me.

The vehicle is excellent. I had two major concerns. The first was the passenger front seat is not able to be raised. When I sit in it I cannot see the front hood. The second is the location of the emergency parking break. It is level with my knee and I seem to engage it everytime I get into the drivers seat. It just needs to be better located.
