Nice quiet ride

Safety features are awesome. Smooth ride on the highway. Not to thrilled about the miles per gallon. The leg room and storage space is pretty nice. The ease of driving long distances makes you ready to travel.

I love everything about this car.

This is the best car I have ever owned. I love all the safety features, the camera views, the solid and quiet ride. I t looks as good as it handles. The navigation is easy to use and accurate and the audio is outstanding.

Love my Santa Fe XRT

I would buy another Santa Fe XRT. Very satisfied! Second one I have owned. Dealership is very nice. Salesman was too notch. His name was eEd Lewis. Have referred people to Ed. My son purchased a Santa Fe XRT also.

Engine problem

Engine problem, stopped immediately on the road and no good experience with fixing and people having attitude never answer the phone and they were rude mostly. They are still taking money after they repurchased the car from us because of the issues also you guys get the money but it still shows we have loan to pay this is unbelievable.

Decent Vehicle

Good vehicle compared to others in its class. Some annoyances and flaws that are not necessary for the amount of money paid for the vehicle. Wouldn't buy again unless better quality. Comfortable ride and feel.

Great Car

We love our new Hyundai Santa Fe! Great cargo área, roomy front & back seats. Solid car. Great value. We got all the safety features & a moonroof - for less than a basic Highlander, Pilot, or Atlas. And the dealer treated us like family.

Like it

Would like prettier wheels and have less road noise and at least have some sort of spare tire where do I get towed to if a tire blowes out on a Sunday? Or a trip in Korea no spare may be ok but the us is to spread out to have no spare.

Could be better

Great vehicle if you are driving to the mall or shopping, vehicle is not adventurous like advertised as it feels cheaply made, the suspension is very tough and every crack can be felt in the steering. Plenty of room, wish they would have moved 2nd row back 2 inches since there is no 3rd row. USB port for phone projection is in a poor location or could benefit from Bluetooth projection. Cluster display is great as it gives you the info you want and is customizable. Seats could have a bit more cushion to them, the napa leather is soft but with little cushion under them leaves you sore on long drives. Location of park, drive, reverse could be in a better spot. This adventurous vehicle does not come with a spare tire.

Purchase was premature. I should have waited before making a decision

Vehicle is just OK. I signed a four year lease so I am stuck with it. I was in the market for a Cadillac and due to the unavailability of XT5 I elected to look around for an alternative. I thought the Santa Fe would work but it does not live up to the Cadillac.

Offer your best first instead of pushing all the extras at a higher price point

I am very pleased with the vehicle over all. I wish it had a little more power and could connect my phone wireless to services like apple play and android connect. Overall I feel that the vehicle good and I feel safe while driving in it with my family.

Solid

It's a solid vehicle to drive. I haven't driven it in the snow yet, but winter is coming. It has great legroom. The horsepower coming out of a 4-cly turbo is impressive. The calligraphy has a great interior design. I like the suede headliner.

Great Family Car, very spacious, great for vacation. Can hold 2 car seats with extra room, a lot of trunk space, gas milage is great, drives very smoothly. Just miss the push to start on the SE Model.

Love my Santa Fe

I love my Santa Fe. It's just what I wanted. It is very smooth and comfortable to drive. The spaces inside are very wide. It is incredible for traveling. It has everything that is needed. The blue link application has been very useful for me

Hyundai Sante Fe first in my book

Replaced a totaled Highlander and I have been very happy with ride and how quiet it is on the road. Road manners are great. Only complaint is that front seats are hard probably because of the cooling and heating features. Rear seats are better.

Great SUV

Initially I was impressed it's a great SUV just be careful with the smart features and get the HYBRID dont let them talk you out of it like my experience you'll see the savings unless you're driving locally the entire time.

Santa Fe

We are very pleased with our second Hyundai Santa Fe. The 2013 SantaFe lasted over 120.000 miles and was a very inexpensive car to own and operate. We are confident this 2023 model will provide us the same experience.

Issues with the Car and Customer Service

The vehicle has been giving me issues since the first week I bought it. The rattling noise has been consistent and very annoying. The brakes just very randomly sometimes vibrate. The USB port charging is very slow. The dealership fixed one port but are refusing to fix other ports. Every time I get my car back there are other issues which they find and fix it. That means there are more issues that I could actually feel or see. I have been trying to find a way to return the car. Have also raised a case with Hyundai to the same. It's been more than a week and no one has gotten in touch with me. The dealership isn't helping either. The entire experience has been full of inconvenience. Haven't been able to enjoy the car because of these issues and I have been just paying the EMIs without even driving much.

Gasoline vs plug in

I was pleased with the dealership, Mussa and Shay from Downey Hyundai helped a lot, I didn’t really car for the monthly payments. I had to to trade in a previous truck that I purchased from them that just was so much trouble being it was brand new. So my payments changed significantly. The truck is durable and comfortable but the price isn’t worth the purchase.
