Terrible

The car has never worked properly. Paid for safety features and has been a death trapped. Electoral issues. Car will state unlock when it’s not. Break with no car in front. I do not recommend anyone to buy this car

We love this car!

This car is so comfortable, and the sound system is fantastic. We really love all the safety features and have been able to see them work in real time which made us grateful for having them. The size is perfect for us. This is our second Santa Fe and probably not our last.

Best purchase ever

I love my new Hyundai. It is my favorite and so fun to drive. I can’t wait to get it in every day and drive it around. It is good looking and great performance. I love the gas mileage and power it has to accelerate. The turbo engine is definitely in there.

What was available.

More options. Hyundai has been a semi premiere vehicle line that I have now owned four different times. Hyundai used to be the vehicle that was trend setting and now feels as thought they are falling in line behind the "BIG BROTHER" vehicles (such as Chevrolet, Ford, or Toyota). Just saying when I bought way back then I was proud to say I drive a Hyundai and now when asked I say I owe to Hyundai.

I like the vehicle.

I like the vehicle. I believe there are a few minor changes/additions that can be made that will make it even better. For example, in the way back, adding clips to each side in the post at the back seat so you can attach a cord across to the clips already in place at the back-door posts, would allow you to better secure items. I had to secure a cord to the back set headrest post.

Great value. Fun to drive

I was dreading buying a new car but I couldn’t be happier. The dealership salesman was great. No salesmanship hype. Test drive sold me. Nice sold feel to the car yet sporty and fun to drive. Very comfortable and elegant interior. Lots of features for the price. Only negative is the GPS. Apple play and WAZE is a better option

great car- does what it promises

Love the controls being located between the front seats. This should be the future of all cars. So user friendly. It's a perfect size car and would be great for families as well as single people. Easy access with all doors. Plenty of cargo space. It feels solid and smooth. Fun and zippy to drive!

Santa Fe

I was searching for a new car after my trailblazer had reached the end of it’s lifespan but in a panic first purchased a used Honda CRV. It was not the car I wanted so after a few months I traded it in for the Santa Fe which is what I originally wanted. I could not be happier with my purchase. It is a very reliable car and so easy to get routine maintenance at the dealership.

Best car I've ever owned

So far, this is the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. The features are tremendous, and well thought out. It’s a pleasure to drive, the sound system is incredible, and there truly isn’t anything I’ve found that I dislike about this SUV, after driving it for 1-year.

Great SUV

Rides great looks great comfortable it does have some gliches with bluetooth connections. Maybe need to have an I phone I have an android not sure. Over all love this SUV and have recommended it to friends and family.

Best car for gas milage, safety, ride and appearance. Our Dealership sales person has s excellent. He chose the car for us and spent time showing us how everything functioned. Since our purchase as question have come up and appearance:

This car is one of the best cars we have ever owned. It has great gas money large, the safety features are comforting and the ride is comfortable. Our sales person helped introduce the car to us and mad the tranision very easy.

Purchase good...Parts, service, repairs horrible

Satisfied with purchase. Some options were not available and should be standard on all cars. Repairs after low speed deer collision were half the price of the new car and took months of arguing with Hyundai recommended body shop, parts, etc. Front end is cheap plastic, but crazy expensive to replace.

Engine and transmission issues; brakes failed in new one

Purchased a 2021 Santa Fe. Within 3 months, engine would not start intermittently and the shifting was extremely hard. Took it to dealer and they "could not figure out how to fix it." So they just kept it. Managed to trade it in for a 2022 Santa Fe. Within 60 days, the brakes on the new Santa Fe failed. Even if you take it to the dealer, the 'warranty services' take 30 days. The dealers do not rush to fix any warranty services. This is my 4th and 5th Hyundai. The service and the quality has completely fallen off. It's truly shocking. DO NOT buy Hyundai. Terrible service, terrible vehicles.

I outstanding vehicles

Best value for our money we could find. Own a 2010, 172,000 miles, no major problems. Great car and a good recommendation. Our 2021has 10,000, the 2022 has 2,000. If all goes well they will be the last cars we buy. Love Hyundai

Best SUV. Calligraphy level is top notch! Dealership is wonderful. Must look at Hyundai/Genesis before making a decision on any other brand!! The Santa Fe is a pleasure to drive both in town and on the road. Very pleasant ride!
