My new Full time Uber car.

I've owned this car less than 3 months and have already put 18k miles on it. The ride is near perfect. The MPG is outstanding for this size vehicle. The back seat and legroom are of paramount importance to me and this car exceeds both my previous CR-V Hybrid and my RAV4 Hybrid in that regard. Cargo area with the third row down is impressive. I do not utilize the third row seats in this car. The interior materials and quality are flawless. It does not squeak or rattle. I have owned more cars than anyone I know and I am quite impressed with this one. My first complaint would be the transmission. It makes some terrible clunky shifts at lower speeds. Not enough of a bother to make me not like the car, but enough to keep me from saying it is perfect. The one thing that infuriates me is how much this car beeps. It beeps when I change gears, when it thinks I need a break, when the back seat passenger unbuckles their seatbelt before I come to a complete stop, when there is cross traffic behind me, when there is a car in the turn lane next to me, when I back it into the garage, when there is snow on the front sensors. And I have yet to figure out how to stop the incessant beeping. I bought 4 cars this year, and I usually buy at least two per year. However, I will not buy another Hyundai if I test drive one and it beeps like this one does.

Excellent value for the money

I originally bought this Santa Fe because as someone who works in social work, I needed plenty of room for passengers, without having to resort to a dreaded minivan. I also drive an average of 3500 miles per month so gas mileage and dependability were off equal concern. The Santa Fe provided all of these and so much more! I truly love this vehicle! My only complaint is that after spending so much time in the car every day, I wish the front seats were a bit more comfortable.

2026 Santa Fe Hybrid - Good not Great

Overall design and layout of the car is nice. Interior quality is above average compared to other vehicles tested when looking. Drive train is responsive and well calibrated for size of vehicle. So far, hybrid powertrain has preformed to expectations with gas consumption. However, after only a 1000 miles, Santa Fe had to brought into shop for a squeaking steering wheel and we have yet to receive it back since dropping it off the 2nd time in under a month. Dealership experience has been very much below average on responsiveness and general quality of care, especially compared to the Mazda brand that the family is used too.

still love Santa Fe

This is my 5th Santa Fe, this 2026 one is not my favorite but still love it, there is something about this one that I would change like the cup holder in the front seating are they are to not far apart and cups are hard to get out, as you can see its just small things that I would change over all it is still a great vehicle and fun to drive

Nice car

Drives well, good mileage. The warning systems for virtually everything are very distracting! But above all the documentation you need to sign that allows you to view a great deal of the information about your car is criminal at best. To say it’s to be used to access your car’s operational characteristics and then all that data can be provided to who ever Hyundai feels merit is receipt. Including law enforcement, insurance, virtually anybody that Hyundai feels merit the receipt of our car’s data is absolutely wrong and we will not sign it. In fact if we had have known about the requirements we would have not bought Hyundai.

so far so good. especially the safety features

very comfortable. performed as needed. except the highway MPG is way lower than the list. Got only 28 MPG on long distance highway travel.
