Nice to drive. Interior doors are peeling.

The dealership I bought the car from was horrible. Terrible customer service. I do love the Santa Cruz. The style is nice. I would’ve liked to have more room in the back seat area. Maybe the bed being a little bit longer.

Santa Cruze....Driving the future today!

One look at this vehicle tells it all....a pickup truck and an SUV combined! Small pickup bed, a unique sliding cover for the bed ( lockable ) tons of storage space inside and outside of vehicle, easy to get in and out of because of low vehicle height....my favorite...remote liftgate operation. I purchased this vehicle on looks alone and after 2 years of ownership Iam still excited to drive it!

Versatile

The vehicle is a jack of all trades. It functions well as a grocery getter, power equipment transport, tow vehicle (we have a 12' and 16' cargo trailer) and passenger vehicle (great for ski trips). I chose the SEL Premium level over the Limited primarily to have some analog controls vs. all haptic touch buttons and 18" inch vs 20" wheels are an advantage for my intended use. The Limited trim, however, is a relative bargain for a one vehicle only situation. A "dual action" tailgate would be a nice addition.

Best overall vehicle i have ever owned

Perfect vehicle for my needs. The vehicle has plenty of power. I am happy with gas mileage. Plenty of room for 4 adults and plenty of cargo space. I think the styling of the vehicle is fantastic. I have the Limited model and could not be happier with my choice !

Ok not great

If you want a car with a pickup bed it's fine if you want a small truck it not built to same strength as a body on frame truck. Mpg was disappointing. Bed cover takes up to much space in bed. Power was decent, dual clutch automatic not right fit for vehicle.

Great little truck

They thought of almost everything for this little truck, gas mileage needs to be improved ,good ride ,good power ,great excelleration. I tow a 4000 lb trailer with no issues .,the trailer does have electric brakes.

Great vehicle for married Boomers.

Hyundai's SANTA CRUZ is a delightful mid-level affordable purchase. Considered a "truck," the SANTA CRUZ is an upgraded Hyundai Tucson platform allowing lift capability yet not a "beater." Stylish! "What is that?" I heard it a hundred times. If fuel costs are your primary concern, the SANTA CRUZ is not your best option. Go for a Tucson.

Very happy with all aspects of this vehicle. In my opinion a better value for all the features and style can not be found. I was truly surprised by the fuel mileage when we took a trip to FL, and on the way back to NC we got almost 30 miles per gallon.

The service at Maquire Dealership has been outstanding. I would reccommend them.

My two previous vehicles were Chevy Silverado 1500s. I loved them. The 2022 Santa Cruz is the most comfortable and fun to drive vehicle I have ever owned. I take several road trips a year. The Santa Cruz is exceptionally comfortable.. My hope is that the Santa Cruz proves to be durable and maintenance free over time. I have come to really appreciate the safety features on this vehicle, The enhanced cruise control features make long trips much easier and more fun.

Stylish little truck

I would highly recommend this vehicle but would not tow more than 3500 lbs and loose the hard tonneau cover. The safety features are better than most other vehicles. The bed is way more useful than you would think.

love the look and lane assistance.

my Hyundai Santa Cruz is a wonderful Addition to my garage. I love the lane assistance it helps me stay in the center of the lane much better than me steering. The cover over the back keeps water out the extra storage under the bed is wonderful. The only problem I have is sometimes when getting in my knee hits the steering wheel if I don't set my foot far enough into the footwell.

Great sport adventure vehicle!

It was love at first sight. Loved the looks of it, then loved the test driving the rest was history. I have had it for a year, my husband looks for reasons/ excuses to take it when he can. It is just a great versatile vehicle!

Not satisfied/would not buy Hyundai Again

Check engine light has been an issue since purchasing without a resolution. Was told that it would go off and be fine but it has not; not available to schedule service in a timely manner; no priority for pre existing service not fixing issues; having to wait to have problems resolved with oil changes and routine maintenance.

Hyundai Santa Cruz is the bomb!

We have been loyal Hyundai customers since our first vehicle purchase which was the 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. It never gave us a lick of trouble. Since then we have bought the 2018 Kona and a 2019 Elantra. We followed the Hyundai Santa Cruz since it’s inception. As soon as the Santa Cruz was available the dealership called us. We purchased the second one off of the delivery truck on October 3rd, 2021. It had a whole whopping 3 miles on it! My husband was so excited!! It’s baby blue with all the bells and whistles on it! My husband took so many pictures and posted them to Facebook. OMG, he was ridiculous! But so very happy! It’s been over 2 years now and we can’t be happier with our truck! She rides so comfortably. Basically, the interior is like the Tucson. Plenty of room. But, you also have the convenience of a truck bed. There’s still not very many Santa Cruz’s out on the road. Not sure as to why. This truck is AWESOME! Lots of people stop to look at it. I always take the time to open it up and show them both the interior and the bed. I also start the engine and open the hood. One of the biggest things people love are the running lights! Every single person loves the truck! I should get a commission on how many times I do this. But, I am so very proud of our truck and I know it is well worth the money!

Santa Cruz is fun to drive...own the turbo model with H-Trac..have towed with it..driven in heavy snow...hauled appliances ,lumber ,mulch and furniture with it..lots of adjustable tie down locations in bed. good storage under rear seat

Love my Santa Fe

I absolutely love my Santa Fe. I wanted something to be able to camp and get to a trailhead with, but that was stylish and not like all the other trucks out there, that are usually way too much. Also wanted sporty. Also wanted a daily driver. This fit the bill well. Only wish I had picked up the turbo - it's my only real complaint with my vehicle.
