I would rate my salesperson, Michael, a 5/5—he was responsive, helpful, and consistently followed through. Unfortunately, my experience with the rest of the dealership was very disappointing and would be closer to a 1/5.
I purchased my vehicle in early February and still have not been scheduled for the protective coating service, despite leaving multiple messages for the service manager with no response. Communication overall has been poor. For example, I was told my paperwork would be emailed, but it never was. I ultimately had to drive to the dealership to pick it up, and even then, some of the required documents were missing.
Additionally, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing. I was initially quoted an “out-the-door” price, but the final numbers at signing did not match. When I asked for clarification, I felt that my questions were not answered clearly.
Follow-up has also been frustrating. When I called about my temporary plate expiring, it took several days to receive a response to what should have been a simple question.
Overall, while Michael provided excellent service, the dealership’s communication, organization, and transparency fell well below expectations.
