Had the car two months before it went to the shop

Within the first two weeks of owning this the second row seats stopped folding. Then within two months the engine was acting up and I had to bring it in. They had it for over a week to tell me it was a computer problem. Made them aware of seats and didn’t fix it. Have already been notified of at least 4 recalls. Fully regret buying this car but now I’m stuck with it.

Great size, lots of useful features, nice luxury touches

I wanted to downsize to a smaller SUV but keep the same luxury standards that I was used to in a vehicle. It was recommended to me that I check out the Palisade. It was just what I was looking for in a vehicle. The car is small enough to park anywhere, yet has the third row seats for the very few times I may need them. It comes with all the luxury features that I am used to having in a car (coming from a full size Infinit) plus many additional ones. While it is not quite as plush and doesn't have the engine power or quietness of the full size vehicle I was used to, it is quite comfortable and does well on around town driving.

Wishing I kept my old Palisade

I absolutely loved my 2022 Palisade so much that I was excited to upgrade to the Calligraphy package with the 2026 model. Super disappointed in the driver seat adjustment when I get in the vehicle not functioning the same. Disappointed in how it drags getting out into traffic without being in sport mode (suspecting this is due to four-wheel-drive). Perhaps the most disappointing features are the slow moving seats. For a third row passenger to get in, you must hold down the button a very long time in order for the seat to perform its function. Understandably for safety reasons, you must hold the button in order for the third row seats to lay down, yet it is still a huge inconvenience. I thought I was upgrading to more bells and whistles, and instead those have become burdens and inconveniences.

I only have 3800 miles on the car but have had the car in the shop 3 times for recall/warranty issues. And I have another appointment pending parts on order that are currently out of stock. Not a good indication.

Brand New car- Not drivable at only 3000 miles

I complained about burning smell at 2 weeks. At 3000 miles, first time on a trip longer than 30 miles 2026 Palisade was shaking on a highway, smelled like burning gas, and would not accelerate. When you push gas pedal it would go to 5000RPMs but wouldn’t accelerate. When I pulled over and parked it was shaking and smelled so bad. I had my young kids in a car and it was scary.

Overall, the vehicle is great. It is challenging learning all the electronic functions and, in my opinion, lacking some things in that area. I wish the vehicle display had a day/night mode when the headlights came on. Performance wise, even though we chose the V-6, there is a lack of throttle response when turning a corner and then trying to accelerate. I don't think the transmission downshifts to the appropriate gear for the speed at which the vehicle is turning. This can be dangerous when making a left turn on busy streets.

Love the tech and styling

Love the features and tech, but the lane assist is a bit finicky! It constantly yells at me for not being perfectly in the middle and thinks the car should be further to the right side, also the driver camera freaks out when I’m wearing sun glasses!! It breaks and says to pay attention and slows down when the cruise control is on. I do love the amount of tech though and features, love the interior style and my brown leather. Love the app and very user friendly.

The Palisade is a comfortable, spacious SUV with a smooth ride and strong tech features. It feels modern and family-friendly, with plenty of room and a quiet cabin that makes it great for everyday use. That said, the interior doesn’t feel quite as premium as competitors like the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Some materials come off a bit cheaper, and it lacks a few of the more refined features you’d expect—especially compared to older, higher-end models. Overall, it’s a solid, practical SUV with great value and comfort, just not quite top-tier in materials or luxury feel.

Just so beautiful

I loooooovvvvee my 2026 Palisade XRT Pro. I just love staring at her. Beautiful vehicle. This is my second Palisade and it’s just the best overall. can’t beat the quality and price.
