The buying experience with Hyundai is a disaster. When completing the purchase when filling out the paperwork, they were hard hard selling me for extra coverage and warranty work. when I tried getting service they were very rude and did not even know there was a recall. They said I had to make an appointment and bring it in to see if it needs one. With a few hundred miles on the car, I blew a tire. It was defective, and they would not replace it, I have complained and try to get the Trailer Hitch that is advertised. They list how it can’t be seen a talk about it and all your ads and yet it’s not available. When I bought the car I told him I needed a trailer hitch they said it has one it was just concealed. It does not have one. All your ads said it has one. Your manual says it has one there is not one available with the harness , I would not recommend this car because the follow up from Hyundai is nonexistent. Once you drive it off the lot all interaction is stopped.
