Love the car so much, but service not so much
My 23 palisade is great and reliable. It's comfortable and I love it. Then with the expected warranty it was a no brainer. But then trying to stay on top of maintenance as I do with my vehicles, I would arrive to my appointment to only be told it's not covered. Very little explanation. Fine I paid it. Then at 29000, I showed up for that to happen again and $1300 of recommended maintenance (hadn't even looked at car). Ask why again it's not covered.. response was "I don't know that's what the computer say".
Okay I just left.. I was so mad. I called and spoke to a manager. He said let me get to the bottom of this . Never called back. I emailed them, no response. I'm getting it on with another location, and very worried what obstacle will be pulled this time. I love my car, but the lack of knowledge about the warranty and customer service is enough to find an outside place to continue maintenence on my car.
