I like the style and features.

The features are easy to understand and too apply. I like the big screen for veiwing and touch ability . Also the features for rear seating control are located j in a good place for easy access and reach.

Palisade Calligraphy

Very nice ride - first Hyundai in family . Very surprised with quality , equipment smooth silky drive. Daily drive by my wife- get very quick change from previous vehicle. Good visibility around lots of tech stuff to be safe on the road .

2023 Palisade calligraphy

We have been very happy with the 2023 Palisade with Calligraphy trim level. We had been waiting for a new 2022 Kia Telluride for 9 months then we were told we would have to choose a 2023 model and continue to wait. I started looking at the 2023 Palisade vs the 2023 Telluride and decided I liked they options of the palisade calligraphy over the 2023 top model Telluride. I was able to test drive a Palisade that has been ordered by someone who didn’t want to wait so it was available. I test drive it and bought it. I’ve been very happy with it. It is fun to drive with lots of flexibility. I also like the security of the warrantees.

Never buying a Hyundai vehicle ever again

Palisade Calligraphy has been extremely noisy at 60+ miles per hour speeds. Took it to 3 dealerships. The customer representative who test drove with me acknowledged the issue and asked me to drop off the vehicle for 7 days. The technicians would never acknowledge the issue and after 7 days they ask me to pick up the vehicle. They don't test ride with me even though I insist. Hyundai knows that their windshield is flawed. They don't acknowledge it and does not fix that either. Logged a case with their customer service, they wants to blame the dealership service but does work with them to fix the actual issue. Horrible experience for a $50000 vehicle. Hyundai has no worth to be in the luxury market.

It's nice looking. Too much is too much.

Between the emails and text messages, it seems this car is monitored for every mile you travel, where you go, how long you drive, how well you drive, etc. probably collecting that information to sell. In addition to being constantly monitored, the car options can be difficult to use because of over complicating basics like cruise control and automatic dimming headlights.

Good family car

This car comes with a lot of features that is not in some base model luxury SUV, A roomy SUV with a great warranty and adds more room than most in its class. Would recommend buying a hitch and some side moulding which should have been part of the limited package. Overall a good buy for the growing family and easily supplants the minivan.

Best car I've ever been in.

I looked at so many cars online. I pointed out a Tuscon to my husband and he said that it was too small (he builds things so we carry a lot of lumber). I pointed out a couple of others and found that he wanted one the size that had a 3rd row. This one had so many features and also great styling on the outside. He was all in when he saw one. I had a hard time finding one and when I did, we had to drive 3 and a half hours to get it. You know he like it when he was willing to do that. When he finally got in it, "This kicks a$$." and "This rocks" were his responses to everything I showed him. It is so comfortable, I don't mind letting him drive so I can just sit back in the very roomy passenger side and look out of the sunroof. The safety features really give me more confidence when I'm driving. We haven't needed it yet, but I'm anticipating that the AWD will also make me feel better when driving in the snow in the Michigan winter. The bluelink is also a fabulous feature. My phone will alert me that the car is unlocked and ask if I want to lock it. I can also have Alexa on my Echo device lock the car for me. Overall it is a fabulous vehicle. I can't wait for a hybrid or electric version. That might make me give this one up, but only for an upgrade!

Awful support of towing drfect by Hyundai

I do not recommend a Hyundai Palisade due to the towing manufacturer defect and Hyundai's unwillingness to fix the defect. I was mislead by the dealership that sold me the vehicle as they lead me to believe Hyundai was working on a solution that would be to the market anytime.

Bought my Palisade almost a year ago. It has been a joy to drive and is an excellent vehicle for the value. I look forward to driving it for years to come.

Exceedingly sharp looking and driving vehicle. Cabin is roomy for a mid sized SUV. So many standard features are included. The handling is responsive and the vehicle is very comfortable on long trips. All the dials and buttons are placed in the perfect spot for the driver to reach them. Overall….ecstatic about my purchase.

Outstanding experience

I love the car and would recommend to people that have big families. Everyone has its own space. When you are in the car, you don’t feel rush, or tiredness. You just enjoy how it smoothly drives and you don’t have to worry about any noise. I don’t see any negative side in this car. Everything is detailed and you can see that engineers made it easier and possible for even beginners to drive. Overall, great experience.

Great car.

This is our 5th Palisade Limited since 2021. There was a serious issue with one 2023 Palisade Limited, the engine blew at 400 miles and had problems after that. Kind of unusual, but things happen. It was replaced and so far everything seems ok.

Quantity of features and style is excellent. Execution of some features is just ok.

The car looks like a luxury car but some of the features fall flat upon execution. An example, the headlight auto on/off feature seems like a gimmick since it comes on with the slightest of non-sun light (ie, going under a bridge, going next to a tree, light clouds) - and if goes on/off ALL the time. Also, if you are expecting to have a factory installed trailer hitch, don't trust what the salesman tells you. As of this review, it has been over 5 months that there has been an issue and the factory still has not fixed it. Do your research. Finally, the car does drive very nicely and the issues listed are more of a large annoyance (at least for me) but don't seem to affect the engine or quality of the ride.
