An excellent commuter car and in town runabout

I bought this as my first electric car and am enjoying it. It is very economical and keeps me away from the gas station. The acceleration is more than I need and sometimes like a sports car. I would recommend the top model.

Fun and economical.

Great car. Kona Ultimate AWD. Great safety features for a budget price. Averaged 29 MPG in two years since new. I'm 6'4" tall and it is easy to get in and out and plenty of leg and head room. Ok amount of storage for groceries and small home improvement supplies. Not the most comfortable for drives over 8 hours but not bad. Fun to drive. Very quick and handles great.

Love it!

Hyundai Kona Ultimate. Absolutely love this car! Little issue with the stereo system when purchased and they replaced the problem part under warranty. Definitely will be shopping Hyundai for future vehicles.

Hyundai in North Attleboro was awesome from the beginning to the end of my purchase

I love the KONA and all it had to offer. The vehicle has a smooth, quiet, easy, roomy, the special panel that comes up with your speed, lines in the road, car coming on the side of you, and navigation.

I love my Kona!

Kona’s are a great little car to have as long as you don’t need adults sitting in the back often. It’s overall performance, comfortability and extra bells and whistles make it a fun car to drive! I just wish my CarPlay would work properly.

Loved this car

One of the best sport SUV I called if you wanted to keep the feeling of SUV spacious but sporty look with the speed so smooth. The best feature is protect you from hitting car in front during traffic light.

Bought for my wife, sold it after she died

Poor handling compared to the 2015 Elantra. I even considered the 2014 Toyota 4x4 to handle better than Kona. The featured offered on the Kona were much less than the 2015 Elantra. My wife wanted the vehicle is the reason it was purchased

Fun to Drive

Fun to drive 4 wheel drive compact SUV. Reliable in all weather conditions. Fit my needs living in a cold, snowy climate. My main concerns were storage in hatchback area (could not fit golf clubs without lowering back seat).

Not a great experience so far

I really liked this car, the size, the style, a small car that 'feels bigger'. However it has a defective automatic transmission that the dealer seems to be at a loss to know how to fix it. What good is a 100Kmi warranty if the car needs repeated attempts to fix ?

2020 kona has been a good car need help with transportation 1 Recall problem break problem engine problem crank engine problem Was happy with the car for the 1st 9 months had a lot of issues with the dealership not answering the phone problem getting parts lack of service lack of manpower at the Hyundai dealership I purchase this car to commute to work every day 30 to 40 miles A-day I don't have a car at the toll payed out of my own pocket Need help with a loner to get to work waiting list 15 people in front of me need help

My car has been at the dealership for over 3 weeks no parts backorder engine problem solve for a problem crank shaft issue brake problem Spoke to customer care Hyundai USA they're just calling no answer No car to get to work have to catch public transportation this really sucks for me with covid Very concerned about my safety With covid and the car With engine problems shutting off and break problems hydraulic break problems

Good little car

This is a good little car. It drives well, handles great and gets really good gas mileage. But it is very small, not much room in the back area for packages or groceries. I miss having a CD player too. I guess I am used having a bit bigger vehicle as I feel a little squished in this car.

I LOVE my Kona ... All the bells & whistles, comfort & styling, great gas mileage, without the high price tag!!! My VW Bug Convertible was totalled, so had to buy a new car ... Did my research, and found this car to be exactly what I was looking for in my next vehicle (just wish my model would have come with Nav!) ... LOVE IT!!!

I love my Kona and all the great features. Just wish it has the auto hatch opener with it. Also not totally impressed with everything on my app if I need to start the car prior to leaving on a cold day. But all around, I love the car and so happy that I have it. Thank you Hyundai for a great Kona.

very fun to drive, easy to get in and out of. doesn't feel like a small vehicle when driving. very fun color we have, lime twist. everybody at the drive thru really likes it. And easy to find in the parking lots.

Overall good experience.

Have been enjoying his vehicle. Only caveat is they redesigned the Navigation / Radio 1 year into owning the vehicle. This new design chose style over function and is now harder to use. This does not affect my current score, however as the car is excellent, otherwise.
