Misleading, I feel duped.
Very disappointed that I read via the site that all Hyundai's include bluelink for free. A large part of why I purchased my Elantra sport. However there is no bluelink. I also can't preset the defrosters for when I use the key fob to remote start and still have to walk out to the car and turn the back defroster on, defeating the purpose of remote start for my car being ready to go. I also felt somewhat duped by the dealer. I sent them a quote from another dealer and they told me it was the same car for a better price. However, it was not all black and has chrome accents. There is no bluelink, no power seat and cloth instead of leather interior. After driving 2 hours and would have had to drive 2 hours hike and then an additional 2 hours to get to the other dealer who gave me the original quote, which made me feel obligated to just accept the lesser version of the car. I wasn't even aware that it doesn't have bluelink until after I drove it home. No one ever mentioned that they're in fact not all equipped with it as the website leads you to believe. Really disappointed to know people with the same car in a 2 year older version have the capabilities that this one lacks though. It's too soon to know how reliable the car may or may not be, I haven't made it to the first oil change yet.
