Love My Blue

Love the design and comfort. Super gas mileage, achieving more higher mpg than listed. My total average mpg is over 58mpg. Not comfortable for driver driving long trip. Power seat is a must, Adaptive cruise control should be standard.

Fun to Drive

I bought for economy, keep it for performance. The hybrid has snappy acceleration and superior handling. The car - seats, room, traffic sensing features - is good for short daily use and long distance drives.

Fuel economy not this car

If your looking for a fuel efficient car this is not as advertised. If your looking for a stylish looking car this is for you. Feel that there is still items Hyaundai had to work on to improve this vehicle. And dealers need some work on customer concerns.

Great car with great gas millage

I have had a very good experience with this car and the dealerships have been great. I deal with two dealerships the one I purchased it from was Bowser in Pittsburgh PA and I use Straub in Wheeling WV for service because is is much closer to my daily activities

Good car but company doesn't live up to their promises

The Hyundai Elantra Hybrid is a good car, initially had some water leaking from under the hood in to the passenger side and it soaked the mat and floor underneath by the time I realized it as I usually drive solo. It was eventually addressed as a blocked line in the cooling system, am told it is a common problem although I'd never heard of the issue before this. The moisture that had accumulated wasn't addressed, even though it only had a few thousand miles on it and hadn't even gotten a first oil change. I had to take the mat out and have it cleaned, sopped up the water that had saturated the carped, but it still smells damp, moldy and mildewed. Speaking of oil change, I was promised two years free maintenance including oil changes when I purchased the car, got one free at the advised mileage level and then was informed they were discontinuing the free oil changes. There goes my trust in the company, I was a repeat customer but no more.

Not what I expected

We bought this car new with 8 miles on it. We have had many transmission/shifting issues. We also have yet to get the claimed gas mileage that was promoted on the window sticker. Over all, It's not awful but I will make sure to chose something different next time.

Easy on the Eye & Wallet

This little car looks sporty, acts sporty, and goes easy on your wallet. The initial price is still one of the lower ones in the market, and when you consider the fuel costs you will save over time, this is a deal. If you are looking for something roomier, consider that this vehicle is on the smaller side.

No problems with this vehicle

The only problem I have with this vehicle is the amount of noise in the cabin. It is almost impossible to carry on a conversation inside the car. Everything else seems to be working without any trouble.

Roomy, Awesome MPG

Hyundai Elantra Hybrid is the best among this segment. I highly recommend. During summer time, average MPG is 50 and during winter time, average MPG is 40. It's better than Electric cars because it's more convenient.

Overall quite satisfied

Owned the car for a year and have had no issues. Better than expected fuel economy. Better than expected ride comfort. Impressive safety features. Instrument cluster and displays are informative and easy to read. Love the driver assist features. Driver visibility is very good.

Not what trey say in fuel economy

I purchased my Hyaundai Elantra Blue in April 2022. I did a lot of research and felt this was the best hybrid on the market every review and detail stated average gas mileage the car got at 75 mph was 50-52. I drove all highway a long distance daily so this was perfect to save at a time of rising gas prices vs driving my SUV. I had gotten 48 not to shabby still in October tgat all changed and I have taken my vehicle in twice now due to only getting 37/38 mpg. Trey say nothing is wrong this is normal due to winter. I gave reached and gave all gas receipts since December when trey first stated nothing was wrong. The advertisement of 52 is far from true. I can get a regular gas fueled car and get thus kind of fuel efficiency. Had anyone else had this issue? If so what caused your issue?

Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Premium

The car was designed very well and looks good inside and out. On average I get 50mpg on that car, in winter that will be reduced to 45mpg. Only concern is that the beige interior stains easy and is hard to get or keep clean.

Great car

I really like the car, I was not looking for a hybrid but glad I selected it. I like the online videos showing the use of the features. My only concern is the front bumper spoiler. I have already damaged it. Is there a better upgrade?

Dealer Can Not Fix Brand New Car for 30 days, may be 2 more months

We paid cash for this car. After 7,000 miles, I was driving when the car suddenly felt like it was out of control and may go off the road. Fortunately, I was around the corner from my house. It seemed to reset itself after being turned off, so we drove it back to the dealership for repair. We received no phone call telling us what the problem was. We had to drive to the dealer to get answers since they do not return calls. We were told it is a broken traction control motor and it may take 45 days to replace. In the meantime there are no loaner cars available “because there is an engine recall so 50 cars are waiting new engines.” Their answer was for us to rent a car and we would be reimbursed when we got our car back after repairs. So, in the meantime we get to rent a car and put it on our credit card for who knows how long and we get to pay interest. Every time we call in, the employees are rude and do not return calls. We are now looking at renting a car for up to 4 months. We get no phone calls or communication from the dealership unless we initiate it. Terrible experience and very disappointed.

MPG less then advertised

The car looks good a lot of cool features but they advertise 52 miles per gallon and I usually get around thirty eight to forty. I have nothing else to say but this review requires two hundred characters

2022 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid...not bad, not great

More efficient than what I had, but the MPG is not as good as advertised. They advertise 54MPG, but I only get 44MPG on average and I am not slamming on the accelerator. The CarPlay sporadically decides not to connect to my iPhone when starting the car sometimes for no apparent reason and will take several attempts of shutting the car off and trying to get it to connect again to finally work. Great warranty, and solid price, but the two main reasons I picked it seem to be not as good as expected.

Great vehicle in many ways!

Love the great gas mileage of this hybrid, comfort of seats, ample trunk storage, engine has proved reliable thus far, and does fairly well in small amount of snow. Excellent value for the cost of the vehicle.
