The Definition of Utility Vehicle

This is the third mid-size SUV that I’ve owned. The Tucson has the best combination of value, features, and comfort of all those I’ve owned. The styling and safety features are also well above expectations for the price level.

Good buy for the money.

Sits higher than regular car which I like, fun to drive. Would like to see better fuel economy. Shift mode needs to be on the steering wheel. Needs larger rear view display. Overall happy with the purchase and give it a 9 rating.

Loved it for almost 2 years

My car ran great for almost 2 years. Then started stalling and I spent my summer going back and forth to the dealer and back and forth with corporate Hyundai. I even had to start the lemon law process but THANKFULLY someone within Hyundai stepped in and authorized work to be done on the problems that weren't able to be replicated. Runs great now, have had it back for 3 weeks.

Mostly happy

I have had my Tucson for two years. this is my second new Tucson i had a Sante Fe in between. wish I had waited of gotten the 2018. there were more safety oriented options. My selection was based on my previous ownership of a Tucson. We are an older couple so interior comfort in a intermediate is a must. Easy enter/exit.

Love everything about my car. Except the transmission had to be replaced at 15k miles. Hyundai took care of the problem with a replacement transmission , but I think there should be a recall and fix the transmission issues

Best car ever...

i really just love my car. I love all the features. Its the perfect car for me. Lots of room, drives so smooth, so much power. The safety features are unmatched. I will be buying another one for sure!

I bought the base model to save extra money. I really enjoy this car even without all the bells and whistles.The base model meets my needs. I have had no problems. My other family members have the Tucsons as well.

Computer problems

This certified preowned car with only 12K miles performs well with the exception of computer glitches. First the radio would not operate intermittently. The salesman indicated that happens some times and will clear itself. Now after an oil change the clock will not operate and I cannot reset it.

My Hyundai experence.

This is the perfect vehicle for an older person. Handling is easy, features are easy to understand and operate.Gas economy is great. The dealership was very helpful to my wife and I in makeing the perfect selection for our needs.

great vehicle except for its problem with shifting

TThe Tuscon is a great vehicle. It has met all our needs and is an amazingly safe and comfortable driving experience. Its only fallback is the issue that sometimes while accelerating, the engine doesn't respond quickly enough and can leave you without power. When we move up to the next vehicle we will take this into consideration if Hyundai hasn't changed the issue.

great little suv

We are very pleased with our 2017 Tucson. Peppy little motor. Really decent gas mileage. Roomy seating. Could use more luggage space, sometimes. The back seats do fold down flat so we can haul larger items. Overall we like our Hyundai.

Love It

I Love my car. It has all that I need in it. It just needs a kitchen and I could live in it. The one thing it is missing is a person to wash it when it needs. I keep the inside clean. It is comfortable and roomy.

Have the car just over two years and the only problem with it is when cold shifting is slow. Also just have a problem with the clock. Have not been able to bring to the dealer yet to have the problem taken care of.

Good vehicle

Rides nice, side mirrors right height for short person. Really no complaints other then hood rod to hold hood open. Not situated for short person. Hard to place to open. Not much more to say. Can’t complain.

This suv is a pleasure to drive. Smooth ride, spacious inside and comfortable . Has very good features And very stylish. I would recommend this suv . The value for that money is great. Not much more to say except try one.

The only true complaint I have is the tranny,s pulse vibration before going into 1 St gear or just rolling !

A good looking vehicle overall! Interior is nice, do not like the blind spot. Have to move all different ways to see. Not to happy with gas situation, don't like when you are at a stop and it feels like the car is going to shut down.

I LOVE MY TUCSON

I highly recommend Hyundai autos and would purchase again. Since I leased this vehicle I am looking forward to possibly trading in for new vehicle next year. I am thinking I will stay with the Tucson model since I like it so much.
