I love my GV80. Comfortable, sporty and good looking.

Enjoyable ride. Very comfortable and sporty. I enjoy seeing the speed in the heads up display on the windshield.

Value and options

My GV80 has the most value and options in it class. I compared it to BMW and the style and value doesnt even compare. Rember 2026 GV80 has a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty no one comes in even close.

Amazing ride

My wife and I joke that whoever designed this car had to be board! There are so many bells and whistles on it! It tells me when the car ahead has started moving and I haven't, the dash shows the weather in picture (if it is raining outside, the dash will have rain drops). The ergonomic seats are great. The seat warmer also warms the arm rests! I mean there are SO MANY BELLS and WHISTLES!!

Like driving around in my living room

Excellent. but I can t hink of some improvements: - Adjust the cockpit area to equal the GV70. It's fundamentally better. Too many horizontal lines in the entire GV80 dash area and unnecessary slanting on the doors. ALso replace the plastic-looking parts with real wood. - Tune up the salf-steering so that it will go better straight into a garage. It does a poor job of fiding the opening as it approaches the garage. Permit that feature with driver inside the car. - Offer an option with two rows of seating and a full-sized spare tire. Only 800 miles. Disregard any statement about reliability.

Great Decision

I shopped for over a year but the GV80 stayed at the top and kept me intrigued. I was downsizing from a larger SUV and the Genesis GV80 hasn't made me regret anything. I love the ride, the look(she's SEXXXY), and the sound(there's a bizillion speakers). All the safety features that are available now are amazing! The blind spot cameras come in handy on those crazy highways.

2026 Genesis GV80 AWD

I love my new car! I haven't driven it enough to fully know all the ends and outs. With it having AWD I would've expected it to have a rain mode as it doesnt triumph through heavy rain and puddles as I had hoped. I do have a few questions for the dealership when I go in for my first oil change. Overall, it is a great car.

Amazing tech and ride

I got mine fall of 2025. The price was a bit of a shock, but after having it for 6 months, it is worth every cent! The technology features are top notch. The ride is extremely smooth and the trim is pure luxury.

New Purchase

Paint issues on new vehicle and terrain button broken when I purchased the car. Paint issue resolved within a few days, however, it took almost a month to get the terrains button installed. The dealer was always responsive.

Winter-time in a Genesis is cold w/out the AUTO!

Overall, I enjoy driving my new Genesis GV80. However, there is a "BUT." When the temps dropped in Michigan in November, I couldn't figure out why there was no heat getting to my shins and feet. My daughter and I froze on the way to school and I began to dread the drive. I called my sales rep and he told me that the trick to getting heat in the footwells is to place the heat on AUTO, with all three lights illuminated. That works a lot but when the car turns a corner there are drafts of cold air that invade the footwells. It's quite cold. In addition, many times when I approach the car, it doesn't automatically unlock. I oftentimes am waiting for the two beeps that signals the "unlock" for ten seconds. And in single digit temps, it seems like an eternity. I regularly auto-start the car as well as remotely unlock it but it doesn't unlock half of the time I use that function.

too many useless controls

had a "23 GV80 Silver/black.........loved it ! bought a 26" GV80.....Not So Much ! Many little nagging issues.....seats and steering wheel do not always return correctly. Often, Pass side mirror has to be manually opened. Trunk refused to open.....needed a service visit. STUPID. consider taking a break message shows up Way Way too often. PROBABLY MY LAST GENESIS !
