I love my GV70 3.5 turbo Sport Prestige (Pros, and a few Cons)

Dear Genesis representative, both my wife and I love our new Genesis GV70 3.5t Sport Prestige.
The GV70 exterior overall shape is masculine but with soft curves given the overall look of a luxury. The design is also very unique and well differentiated from other brands. The interior is beautifully crafted, gorgeous and luxurious with rich materials and modern looks and amenities.
Some specific Pros:
The screen software operating system works seamlessly and flawlessly while being extremely responsive and fast. Having a spare tire, with a lightweight rim, is also a reassuring addition to the car in case you are traveling and find yourself in a situation where one of the tires is completely undrivable (and the lightweight rim is good for both the gas milage and the operator). All the available customization, allowing you to tailor individual preferences, for every function of the car are a great plus.
About the mechanical parts of the vehicle. I have worked on many cars throughout my life and having mechanical parts such as the engine, transmission, and other mechanical components easily accessible was a huge driver for me to consider this SUV over BMW and Mercedes. I can tell that doing regular maintenance (engine oil & filter, air filters [engine & cabin], spark plugs and coils, engine serpentine belt, coolant reservoir tanks (engine and turbo), and others) will not be a major headache for me or a technician doing the job. This helps lower the labor cost for any services or repairs and helps keep the car in good working order for a long time. With that, the engine's dual injection (port and direct) was also a selling point for me (over BMW and Mercedes with direct-injection-only engines) because it will keep the engine intake (and intake valves) clean for a long time and will not need to be service as you have to do with engines that only have direct injection systems.
A few Cons (room for improvement):
Trailer hitch is not hidden or well-integrated into the body of the vehicle. It looks bad, sticks out and sits too low under the frame, on an otherwise beautifully shaped vehicle. Other less expensive vehicles, including Hyundai's SUVs, have integrated trailer hitches. Other luxury brands have trailer hitches that are so well integrated into the body of the vehicle that the hitch is barely noticeable. Thus, this trailer hitch option should be improved.
It is very difficult to view the coolant level in the intercooler reservoir. The engine coolant level is easy to read in the reservoir tank, but it is almost impossible to see the fluid level for the coolant reservoir tank of the turbos. This is an easy fix.
The lane keep assistant sometime does not inspire full confidence as it is somewhat vague in long swiping curves at highway speeds.
Last, while the sales team at the Arlington MA Genesis dealer was excellent, both the facilities and service department leave much to be desired. The service department does not understand what a luxury vehicle owner expects from the service department (high level of communication, high attention to detail, a loaner vehicle if your car service will take long hours or days, etc.). Their service department needs to understand the higher expectations and care their Genesis customers will be expecting from them.
We love our new GV70; I would buy a Genesis again, no regrets, but want to help the company design or make a few improvements to the vehicle. Also, I want to help the company work with the service department at Genesis of Arlington, MA to provide better customer experience from their service departments.
