2012 F150 Ecoboost
If you are interested in purchasing a 1/2 ton pickup, the only choice is an F150 equipped with the Ecoboost engine. The supercrew cab is spacious with plenty of front and back legroom. The interior is stylish and comfortable. I couldn't say enough good things about the performance of the Ecoboost engine as well. We do a lot of camping, and our travel trailer is roughly 7,000 lbs dry weight. With the motorcycles in the bed and everything else loaded into the trailer the payload is definitely in the area of 9,000 lbs. The ecoboost has no problems handling the considerable weight, and has even been known to outpull diesel 3/4 tons with a similar payload up grades.
