Love Her
This is my second Cadillac. Although I dislike the regular Maintenance on her she's well worth it if you take care of her. The well know issues with these DTS are oil leak, half case leak and rear main seal. But once you fix those things. You're good for the life of the vehicle. Now I know what you're asking. Why people talk so negative about the engine if it's so good. The issue is to fix those oil leaking issues. It requires the engine to come CLEAN out. Which most shops price is more than the vehicle is worth! It's the labor. But if you shop around 5800 you won't pay. I paid close to 1250. The dealer wants 5800. That's more then the car is worth. That is why they get a bad name. Like I said every vehicle has its cons and pros. For me it was worth fixing and the ride quality 馃グ馃槏馃グ馃槏馃グ馃槏 luckury and platinum version of the DTS is like no other. If you're willing to spend the money to fix the known issues. You too will ride years in luckury like I am now! I mean it's a Cadillac right! I love it!
