ests, drop-off to pick-up, all are handled professionally and in a timely manner. As an owner of an older Volvo, finding techs who are familiar with them is not always easy. I am pleased that Sullivan's makes an extra effort to keep me informed when sourcing parts and being honest when a repair can safely wait until the next visit. I would recommend them to both foreign and domestic vehicle owners without hesitation!

Inspection for needed work
Recent purchase of a 52 year old car that had been sitting for several years in a garage but was stil
l running and driven occasionally. I asked Steve if he would preform a thorough inspection especially with concerns of safety, which he did. Steve called to let me know the inspection was completed and when I came to pick the car up, gave me a complete explanation of what he found, reasons for his concern. He also outlined a potential plan for the service this car will need to get back on the road. I felt the charge, for the amount of work and effort for this inspection, was very reasonable.
