We received excellent service from all the different levels of employees. We received well understood
explanations of our problem from the guys actually doing the work all the way up to the owner of the business. Transmissions are very heavily used parts of a car and it can be difficult to know what the problems are until the vehicle is driven by the repairmen. And even after the repair when we had some continued issues with the transmission they helped us figure out the problem and fixed the issues at NO extra fees. Great work, the car is running great now.
