Transmission fluid change
The service at VRC is wonderful. I asked them to change the transmission fluid and check over my car for anything else that needed attention. Bill was very thorough and I was given an estimate for all charges that day. I only did the transmission fluid change because I could change the wiper blades and air filter myself. Oh and my brakes need to be replaced. I will go back to them to get my rear brakes changed soon. Great service at a reasonable price. I’ve gone there for all my vehicle repairs.

Like $300
The didn’t get fix for like $300

As we explained to the owner of the vehicle upon pickup, there is a mechanical issue with her vehicle which we discovered upon several diagnostic tests that took our technician well over 5 hours but we only charged you for 1 hour for a total of $222.18 (including taxes & fees). In order to conduct further diagnostics and reach a conclusion, tear down of the engine would have been required, no authorization was given for such work.  Furthermore, we had recommended that the vehicle be returned to the original repair shop to address her issues as they claimed to have repaired the engine (including the cylinder head) and should be under warranty. The owner of the vehicle could not say one way or the other if they had actually taken the head to a machine shop to properly address the head issues. In conclusion, we performed diagnostics per customer request, further action was declined.

Excellent service
I've been taking my cars to VRC for the last 10 years. I just took my Subaru Forester in for routine maintenance, oil change, etc. As usual, this was a great experience. Quality work, knowledgeable and professional staff. I highly recommend!

Always a great experience
My demon Jeep reared its head and VRC as usual fixed it up quick. They show you what they are doing and explain it so well so you understand what you are paying for. All the info you need is in these reviews. 97% of reviews are 5 stars and the rest are 4 stars. You would expect a few upset customers but that just doesn't happen here. That data should speak volumes at how hard this crew works to take care of their customer base. Make them your garage. You won't regret it.

It’s hard to follow excellent but VRC manages to always do it!!! You are not allowed to ever close!!!

Excellent service
I have been taking my cars to VRC for over ten years for both regular maintenance and an occasional mechanical issue.
I have always received excellent service at VRC, and have found them to be very honest and knowledgeable.

Quality service
The mechanics did a great job on replacing my ac compressor and belts. They were also able to diagnosis the noise coming from passenger side. They got the parts and did the work in a quick amount of time. I had my vehicle the next day. I would recommend them to everyone I know. An added benefit is that it is veteran owned so I know they take pride in their work. The price was great too. As a veteran I was really satisfied with my repairs. They were very in-depth with what was wrong. They are honest and great. They kept me informed through text messages agout what I needed done and even let me know when my vehicle was ready.
