Very honest!
Steven was so helpful! I was on the first leg of a small road trip. 300 miles into the trip, my vehic
le started to lose power. Suddenly slowing to 40 mph on an L.A. freeway was frightening! Once I was able to get to a friend's house, I went several places trying to get my car "scanned" to see what the problem was. I finally landed at Angel's the next morning. They did the scan - with very sad results: I need a new transmission - and then Steven spent time talking with my son-in-law who is a mechanic. He is, however 300 miles away. My son-in-law and Steven had different ideas as to when/where this repair should be completed. When I picked up the vehicle at Angel's, I expected
Steven to try to talk me into replacing my transmission right then and there, but he couldn't have been nicer. I most likely will put my road trip on hold and have the repairs done at Angel's prior to resuming my trip. The courtesy, confidence, and mechanical know-how shown to me by Steven and Michael.
