I took my 2022 Lexus to Joe’s Automotive because it failed a smog test. Joe diagnosed and found the
problem. After several hours he let me know what it was, the corrective action and cost. We approved the work and 2 hours later he called and said the car is ready. He was thorough in explaining everything. He said I can bring it back to him again to check that it’s all good to take another smog test. And I’m hoping it will pass.

They very graciously repaired the starter on our truck at the last minute, on a short day. They did a great job and we appreciated it so much.
These are professional, friendly, kind, trustworthy people. They do charge a bit more for labor, but
that is understandable. They are some of the best in the Rock Hill area. Even though they specialize in foreign vehicles, they have always done a fine job on our domestic cars.
